Member comments "My wife and I are caretakers of a historic site Horsham Township owns. We are fundraisers, construction supervisors and laborers. We don't get paid anything, but we live for free. The 10-room main house dates to 1721. The chimney was extended in 1835. It was quite old and we were afraid it would fall down. Keith Childs did the work when he promised and did a good job. He also charged below the estimate."
