"I called him to repair grout that was coming apart in my master bathroom. He said that he would be near my condo today and that he would call me when he was finished" the job that he was coming into center city to do. He called, came over and looked at the tile in the bathroom and told me that
did not need to be repaired; all that was necessary was to silicone the perimeters where the walls met. He was very neat and courteous. His charge included the parking fee he had to pay.

"I did not really see a difference. They said that because my tile was older that was the reason why I did not see much of a difference and it looked the same. They" got the job done in about 15 minutes and were in and out. The deal was not worth it. The scheduling was okay. They sent one person out to do the job. They never followed up when I complained about the work and nobody even came back to take a second look at it to confirm that was the actual reason.

Tile

Whether you want to replace a laminate floor, backsplash, shower stall or countertops, ceramic tile is a durable, easy-to-clean option that can add value to your home. Both ceramic and stone tiles are nearly maintenance free, though grout will need occasional resealing.

Tile flooring

There's nothing classier for a kitchen or bathroom floor than one made of natural tiles. But tile flooring is expensive and does have some disadvantages that homeowners should think about before making a decision on which type of flooring they prefer.

Our install took two days. On the first day of the install,
Philadelphia Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
and his helper showed up on time to install the heated mat that goes under the tile. They worked quickly and had it done in a couple hours. The next step was waiting for the mortar to dry overnight. My father-in-law and I did the electric and hooked up the thermostat and tested it. We're handy like that. The next day,
Philadelphia Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
and his guy showed up on time again and started preparing the mortar base and laying tile. The pros always make it look easy. Once the tile was down and set up for a little bit they did the grout. It was just that easy. After a couple years, the floor still looks great and we still get compliments on it. Lol, we picked a modestly priced tile within our budget based on Til-Mars recommendation and it looks great and it's held up. We dropped a heavy All-Clad pot once by accident and the floor held up. It actually dented the pot!

We'll be back for more stone projects for sure.

stopped by on short notice to look at the bathroom so he could give an estimate. We arranged to do the work a few weeks later due to both of us having busy schedules.
He showed up in the morning ready to get to work. He was a little surprised to see what someone had done previously to fix the shower tile but knew exactly what to do to fix it. After about an hour, all of the loose tile was removed and he could show me where there were some problems. He made his repairs, replaced the tile and regrouted the entire shower. I'm guessing the shower now looks as good as the day it was first installed many decades ago. He started at 9AM and finished by 2PM.

Mr.
Philadelphia Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
did a very nice job with great attention to detail. He was clean and used proper coverings to protect floors and countertops in the work area. The bathroom was a total gut job and he did all the preparation work to include installation of backer/cement board. He took great pain to protect the new toilet and bathtub. After the kitchen backsplash was finished, there was a little discoloration of the grout in certain areas of the backsplash. I called Mr.
Philadelphia Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
to tell him about the discoloration and he was at the house within one hour. Mr.
Philadelphia Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
assessed the situation and corrected the faulty tile grout during the visit without hesitation. I was very pleased with his work and wood recommend him to anyone with tile needs for their home,

I can't say enough positive remarks about Oleg (
Philadelphia Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
) and his team... basically one other guy - Kirol (spelling???). They were awesome. The demolition and removal took about 2 days - tops. They were clean and orderly and totally respectful of my space. They went systematically through the process of rebuilding. They made some great recommendations for shifting a few things around and were completely responsive to my ideas about the kitchen. The basement is not an easy space (in/out) or to work it, but they did a great job. They kept the project moving and on time. I purchased appliances from
Philadelphia Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
(got a great deal around Columbus day for the "set") and did the cabinets through a local Ace affiliated place (C&R). At one point, Oleg realized that the corner cabinet was too wide to fit in my door, and I trusted him completed to cut it (from the back/side) in order to get it downstairs and installed properly. I wanted the built-in corner banquet and brought in a few pictures to show them... and what Kirol did is amazing! I had priced out storage benches as an option and ended up saving over $1,000 buy doing the custom build. The kitchen looks phenomenal.

and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. From day one, he came to give an estimate and was on-time, polite, knowledgeable, and reasonable with his estimate. He even helped recommend new floors when the laminate I wanted was sold out unexpectedly. He didn't try to nickel and dime me by selling me a moisture

when it wasn't necessary. He was easy to schedule with, and him and his team came on time on install day. They moved around all my furniture, installed the floors, and actually finished ahead of schedule (a whole day early). When I got home, I could not believe how nice it looked - I will definitely be bringing

My house is over 100 years old, and had no first floor bath, laundry area or pantry. The space to be renovated was a former back porch which had been enclosed at some point and was in a very dilapidated condition. I met with Mr. Marnoch about an estimate and scope of the job. He worked with me to devise a plan that would best utilize the space, and provided me with options to help me keep the costs within my budget. Mr. Marnoch was very understanding of my desire to create a vintage look so that the new construction would maintain the spirit of the rest of the house.
The project involved demolition and total rebuilding of the space including; framing, insulation, drywall, new electrical and plumbing systems; a new custom sash window, exterior siding matched and replaced where needed; new back door, storm door, and hallway door; installation of bath/shower with subway tile walls, tile floor, pedestal sink, medicine cabinet, and lighting fixtures.
Floor to ceiling shelving was installed for the pantry area along with a new radiator cover. A closet was built for the washer/dryer. Beadboard wainscoting and beadboard celling were installed throughout the space, and all millwork utilized bulls-eye corner blocks to match existing millwork in the house.
I was apprised of all details and any extra labor or materials that were needed in the event of unforeseen problems-in this case, It turned out that the space had no structure to speak of - so all beams and studs had to be added. This was the only cost-overrun and it was manageable.
Everyone was extremely pleasant to deal with, which made this project as stress-free as possible. There was high-quality workmanship and attention to detail given on all stages of the job. The end result is a space which greatly exceeded my expectations as to what was possible, is a pleasure to use, and added value to my property. The house still needs more renovation, and of course, I will not have any one else work on it but
