"This was the 3rd time we had
do masonry work for us. The first time was around Aug, 2013 when
& his crew pointed the back of our" building in downtown Philadelphia. Some areas were too bad to point & had to be stuccoed. He bricked up a small window bricked partially bricked up a large window making it a better size for the room. He installed glass block in 2 garage windows that had previously been closed up with cinder block, light in the garage is soooo much better. He also did a few minor repairs throughout the building. We had
& his crew back in Nov, 2013 to waterproof the brick because there was still water penetration. All the guys were professional & did an outstanding job. They are all hardworking & dedicated to their profession. The pricing was more than fair.
was not the most expensive quote nor was he the cheapest. I chose him because he was so knowledgeable & eager. I have one more little masonry job for this building & will certainly hire
again. I would recommend
to anyone looking for any type of masonry work.

"I have a one bedroom apartment and I asked
to come out and give an estimate to clean my bathroom: recaulk, clean shower walls, clean shower doors, and clean" the floor. I decided to use
because of all his positive reviews on Angie's List. His estimate was $390 and he said it could be less based one the time spent for the job. This estimate was too high. It's a small bathroom and after reviewing the prices from the other reviews and other companies, I think this basic estimate was too high. I also asked
to clean the tile in the small entryway to my apartment (total 915 sq ft apartment). He charged $130 to Steam Clean Alkaline and Acid Wash, Colorseal all grout (2 coats), machine
floor. He said it took him 4 hours to clean this floor. Overall the job took 6 hours. He was with an assistant. The bathroom tile floor and entryway tile (foyer) look very good. He did an excellent job with the colorseal. The bathroom did not go so well. The shower tile looks ok, but not what I had anticipated. He took the shower door off the rail, but was not able to clean the rail or remove the mildew from the shower door. It looks exactly like it did before I called him. I did not get a price adjustment for this and I am disappointed.
is nice and professional. He is courteous. Overall, the floors looked excellent, but the shower, tile, shower door did not meet my expectations. I think $520 for this job is too high. I bought a new door and am having it installed ($300). I would just go this route and forgo having him clean the shower door. I would also recommend gutting multiple estimates as I think this job was overpriced.

was excellent! He actually drove me to the tile place so I could pick out my tile. He did extra work and installed sheet rock because one of my walls had water" problems. He's professional but has wonderful "people skills". He's a great guy I would highly recommend and will use again.

I found
Philadelphia Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
here on Angies List. I scheduled him a month in advance to do the work and he kept his appointment.
Philadelphia Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
picked up tiles that we purchased separately.
Philadelphia Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
and his crew ripped up two layers of flooring and laid tiles on the first day. The second day he came back by himself and grouted. His work was excellent. They were clean, efficient and professional. Showed up when he said he would and got right to work. Our floor in the basement was uneven and he told me what to expect and answered all my questions. We are very happy with the work and would definitely use him again and highly recommend.

did an exceptional job on our kitchen backsplash. He crafted everything beautifully from a

subway pattern to an intricate custom border with herringbone design. I appreciated his attention to detail in his work and thorough examination of the tile before he got started. He was on time, neat, time efficient and professional. I would definitely hire

I learned fairly quickly that for
Philadelphia Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
, grouting is an art-form and he takes his work seriously. During his initial visit he took the time to explain the difference between quality materials and the stuff I attempted to use from a local home-improvement store. His assessment was spot-on resulting in a better than expected outcome. My tenant is happy with her bathroom and so am I. If you want a punctual, personable, and professional who cares more about your bathroom tiling than you do (not even kidding) call

The job was thorough and well done; it solved the leak problem as well! The work area was left perfectly clean. Communication was excellent concerning the job and time of arrival details.
We were so happy and impressed with the work that we asked for an estimate for 2 other jobs - replacing a broken ceramic towel holder and removing a bad cement job on seam between sidewalk and house outside. Unfortunately, we have not had any response to our texts or phone calls for those jobs: we assume that
Philadelphia Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
has no availability. But in any case, we would be more than happy to have this company back for future jobs and would strongly recommend him to anyone for tile work.
Great experience!

Great work. I knew from the first five minutes I talked to
Philadelphia Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
that he was a true craftsman. He came over to the house, talked about what we wanted, took measurements and had a quote in a few days. We scheduled the work over a weekend since we only have one bathroom in the house. He completed the job in 3 days, from demo to finished. He was flexible, worked hard, and banged out a great looking tile job in a few days.

Very well. There was some intricate detail work in coordinating fixture and cabinet mounting, as well as particular layout requirements.
Philadelphia Tiling Experts Provider Name Locked
took it all in stride and made sure he understood my concerns prior to doing the work, and he didn't hesitate to raise a flag or offer concern as needed. High quality work.
Very good person to work with, direct, considerate, accommodating, focused, didn't have to have a radio on (a big one for me) and a reassuring temperament.
Price was fair and appropriate given the nature of the work.
