"They did a very good job. I've found them to be reliable, responsive, and well priced. I have used them for years. They have also taken care of area carpets that I have, like Oriental rugs. They have been very good to work with. The price was definitely worth it. I follow their advice. I have never been disappointed in them. I don't think their pricing has gone up very much over the years. They were efficient. They did a good job on the carpeting, which is very difficult to get clean. They kept me informed about when they were coming. They also offered to reschedule. They were right on time."

"The 2 gentlemen arrived at the scheduled time. The lead worker was very friendly, but he had some trouble communicating with his new co-worker, who spoke only a small amount of English. In any case, he explained the cleaning process to me, went over safety concerns about walking on the stairs while they're wet, etc. I had to pre-pay the job with a credit card, which I found odd (shouldn't I pay AFTER the work is done?) The work was completed very quickly - almost too quickly in my opinion. It took less than 1 hour to clean all the items above. I got the sense they were under a time crunch and were trying to get to another job. Unfortunately I wasn't so happy with how the carpets turned out. I think that is mainly due to the steam extraction process that

uses. I'm sure their normal process was followed, but these were light colored, low shag carpets and the traffic areas and steps did not appear very clean when they were done. I know you can never get light-colored carpets totally clean, but I expected a better result. In my opinion, a rotary brush system with shampoo would have done a better job of scrubbing and lifting the fibers of the carpet to get them really clean, as opposed to simply shooting the cleaning solution in and sucking it up. No extra work seemed to be done on these high traffic areas, such as using a hand brush to supplement the extraction process. The chair and area rug turned out better, and a scrubbing brush was used on the chair arms, which were more heavily soiled. Bottom line - the carpets were cleaner than when I started, but not exactly what I would call clean. A disappointing result. I doubt I would use

again for this type of work.

"They are great. They always do fabulous job. Just when I begin to think that I need new carpet I call them and my old carpet looks new again. They are very professional. I consider their price to be a bargain. They have coupons as well. "

"In summary, this company misled me to believe that furniture would be moved (it was not) and the price quoted initially was half of what I was actually charged. I am highly disappointed with and aggravated by this company. When I first called, I explained the size of my house and the area covered by rugs to be cleaned. I explicity asked how the company dealt with furniture, especially larger pieces like the bed and bureaus. The individual with whom I spoke assured me that the technicians who come would move and clean underneath the furniture. He then quoted me a price of $175. On the day of service, the technicians did NOT move any of the large furniture and only moved a few select smaller pieces (chairs and end tables). The final bill came to $325. "

"They were good. They probably should have sent two guys instead of one. I informed them that I had furniture to be moved around. He was dragging my furniture around but he did a good job. He cleaned it well. He was very punctual. He cleaned up after himself."

"The men came to pick up the rugs well within the two-hour window they had given us. They were businesslike and polite. They promised the rugs one week later. A day or two later, the plant called to say that two of the rugs needed minor repairs on the edges; they had a reasonable price and I gave permission. The men brought back the rugs one week later as they said they would, again within the time window. All cleaning and repairs were excellently done. No problems, a fine job, and will certainly use them again."

"They were on time. They were nice people. I did have to roll up the rug. They were very quick. The guy lifted the rug by himself. They came in and left in a minute. The rug was gone for about a week or so. They made it look like a brand new rug. I would recommend them to others."

"They arrived on time. They called and confirmed the appointment before they came out. They were very professional. They have the equipment they need to do multi-story houses."

"Everything was fine until the contractor had the rug. It took many, many phone calls and missed appointments to get it back, finally. The person who takes calls from the company does not speak English very well, so it is very difficult to understand her. The contractor did not arrive at the agreed upon time either. This in itself is not such a big deal, but then the contractor got mad at me because I did not answer my phone while the driver was en route to deliver the rug (We had already agreed on a time that morning, about 2 hours before the drop off time; I was at work and made sure someone was at home to accept and pay for the rug). So, the driver turned around and went back to the store and said that they would not deliver the rug to me and I would have to pick it up myself. They eventually dropped off the rug, but I spent way too much time trying to organize this (i.e. about 15 phone calls to get the rug returned). And the company was not very friendly during this process either. In the end, they did a fine job with the rug, but I am not sure if it was worth all the time, effort, and frustration."
