"It went well. It was one person working on the project. He was at my house by 9 am and gone by 5 pm. Aesthetically, it looks really nice. The water pressure changed pretty dramatically but they explained that the showerheads are all standard and EPA approved so it regulates the water to 2.5 gallons per minute. The price was relatively reasonable and competitive with other estimates I received. The starting estimate was $6500 then somehow dropped to $4800. You can get a discount for allowing them to do the before and after picture. I think they can do a better job explaining the price structure. The only thing I didn't really like was being put on the spot and pressured for referrals for business when they came back to take the "after" picture. Otherwise, I had a good experience with them."
"It was very expensive. The lady I spoke with on the phone explained the whole thing to me. She told me how they do it, how it works, how much it costs, etc. She did a great job of giving me the information. I did have an appointment, but I called them back to cancel because I ended up being able to do the work myself. "

Philadelphia Bathtub Refinishers Reviews
"Went well, I called them a second time as I was not sold on the price the first time. They came out and re-calculated the price. A few days later a fitter came out and measured the tub and area. The time frame was 8 to 10 weeks to install since they manufacture each piece. with-in two weeks I got a call they could do the job. I scheduled for the next week and all went well."
"Rich gave us a prompt estimate and showed us a portfolio of before/after remodeling work he had done. We checked the references he gave us, and they were very good. He made a point of telling us that he would only begin the work once all of the materials were delivered. However, he then insisted on starting the job before our vanity and sink top were in (they were both custom ordered). This ended up causing about a week long delay in the finishing of the job. What we really found to be problematic was his unreliability. We never knew if he would show up when he said he would. There were many days when he showed up hours late, and sometimes not at all. He tried to persuade us to leave our house key with him so he could just come at any time, but my husband and I found this completely unacceptable, as we did not want any workers in our house alone. The bathroom was supposed to be completed in 3 weeks; it took "
"When I expressed concern about the office procedures, he told me that he didn't call back because he sensed that my expectations were too high. Instead of addressing the lack of communication, he said that I should know that any tub reglaze that they do in a residential setting will have dust that settles in the paint before it's dry, in a noticeable way. This was the first I had heard of this. He said he was afraid that I would not have the expected tolerancy for imperfections . I asked if he meant that if there were problems, he wouldn t want to fix them. He said that he would not want to have to send someone out again if the tub had noticeable problems, and he didn t think this would be acceptable to me. He told me that he really wasn t interested in working with me anyway at this point, that he just wanted to cut ties. I assured him that I had expected a good job, and had been trying so hard to get the references to confirm that. He did not care. At this point, we parted ways."
" route. Plus, you can't beat the price."

"It was easy to get an appointment and an estimate. The technician arrived on time, was pleasant and professional, and left absolutely no mess -- not a single drop of paint. The estimate was accurate."
