"I was redoing my basement..and when I removed the old drywall..I saw that the rear stone wall was destroyed by water leaking from my old windows.
I got Rays number from a neighbor and gave him a call.
He was punctual and gave me a fair quote.
His crew arrived on time on the day I had an appointment and within that very same day had my rear wall finished and looking better then new.
The cleaned out all the old mortar, sealed and refinished the entire wall that day. They cleaned up and removed all trash also!

"We had a great experience with 
and his crew at . The front sidewalk of our row home had been destroyed by the roots of a large tree. was able to remove the concrete and grind down the roots which covered almost the entire work area. The new concrete looks great, directs water away from the house, and he installed a nice cobblestone-lined tree box for a new, smaller, tree.
We had basement walls that were in pretty bad shape including a problem with a small amount of water entering through our back basement wall. completely parged the walls getting into every exposed area (including in between all the first floor joists above) and giving the walls a clean, new look. He added an additional of water seal on the back wall. also installed a french drain and sump pump along the back wall. After one heavy storm that definitely would have caused some water to penetrate our old wall, the basement remained dry.
We are very happy with the results and it was a pleasure to work with .

"It turns out that because we are below grade, we have a build up of condensation in the walls. He could have told us we needed a whole basement system. While does not do the work that we need we would happily use them in the future if we have a problem. was a wonderful trouble shooter, honest and professional. He was punctual and answered all our questions, even though he was not going to do the work. To have met someone to take the time to explain our problem, who was not going to make any money on us was so refreshing and impressive. If you have water issues call . "Smooth from beginning to end. Found the company on Angie's List, liked what I read about its services, reviewed the website and called for an estimate. , the company's representative, appeared when he said he would, gave me an estimate and a timetable for performing the work. The work was started on the scheduled date and completed that day. The crew cleaned up after themselves. The wall liners made a big difference as did the floor matting in our basement. Both are designed to prevent mold, another reason I chose the B.Q. Basement Systems."

" , and were incredible to work with! They arrived on time each morning (5 days total) and they worked the whole day through. The start and end times were important - as we work odd hours and need to flexibility to come and go. We were so comfortable with and his crew that we gave them a key to our house for one morning when we needed to leave earlier than they would be able to make it to the house. Two things really stood out -1) they left my house cleaner than it was when they arrived! and 2) they are friendly, hard-working and take the time to describe the entire process to me as they went about their work. In addition a few small things came up that costed more than had anticipated - but he would not allow us to pay him for it. In the spring, will be doing a large job for us - 20K - and we are looking forward to it! The basement looks fabulous, and we are no longer dreading this huge project in the spring because we believe will do an excellent job!"

"The job went wonderfully. It took six days, finishing on a Saturday. The men, , and were great. They did so many extras like removing wood to get to the foundation and cementing holes in the basement floor and the garage (not included in contract). They even removed some old carpet squares from my basement steps after I mentioned that I had difficulty doing it myself. , the owner,. was also great, keeping me updated to when the job was going to start and fully explaining what was to be done. At the finish, he explained and provided material on how to treat my new walls. My basement looks great and one can tell that they take great pride in their work. My experience with could not have been better."

"The job went great. We had several experts come to the house, who all identified the backyard slope and lack of drain as most likely causing the leak. was on time and on budget for the work. His crew was very neat and extremely conscientious. A few weeks after the work was completed there was a heavy rainfall. This caused some leaking in the crawl space. I called and he offered to come out the next day. The patio was definitely fixed, so we had to figure out what else could be contributing to the leak. caulked around our back door, patched cracked stucco on our wall and added caulking to where the crawl space met the door. This was additional work. I offered to pay him and he refused. He said he wanted this to work for me. The patio work was done right. He then did this additional work for which he didn't charge. That is someone who has pride in their work and goes the extra mile to make a customer happy. I would definitely use him again for any work."
