"We were dealing with another dealership. When it came time to negotiate a price, the haggling and delays started. While waiting, we requested a quote online from"
. They responded immediately with an offer that our other dealer refused to meet. We called
and confirmed all the details. We did 15 minutes of finance applications on thier website the next day. We went out once to let them have a look at our trade in and to pick a color two days later. That was 15 minutes. We then came back two days later, signed all the paperwork in another 15 minutes and we were out the door with the trade in and purchase done. All the staff was friendly. No hard sell. Knowledgeable and engaged but knew when we had decided what we wanted and left it at that. We would recommend this place to anyone looking to buy. The dealership is next to a train station which makes it convenient for service drop offs before work if you don't want to do the loaner.

"This dealership dealt with me fairly and with respect. They were upfront with pricing and honored deals that they had posted on the internet. They also keep their" website fairly up-to-date regarding their inventory. They gave me a very good price on my trade-in vehicle. The staff was very knowledgeable about the cars & provided Carfax reports for review. Very good dealership compared to others that I visited.

You must take certain steps when buying a car to protect yourself. Whether you buy a new or used car, there are common procedures which will help you avoid a lemon and maximize your investment.

For sale, here is another answer I previously gave to same type question -

Sounds like your biggest problem will be narrowing your list to a limited number of models, and deciding what brand names you are willing to consider to narrow the field.

You can search for websites blogging complaints for each model you are considering to see how they rate with users, and you can also go to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration website at     www.nhtsa.gov     to see how many recalls there have been on a specific model and year.

Most dealers these days have websites with their listed prices for new and used cars that you can browse to get an idea of available listed prices.

I would also recommend that you check out the used car values (free) for models you might be interested in on    www.edmunds.com    and on Kelley Blue Book  -  www.kbb.com

Those 2 sources will give you a lot of negotiating power, because they list what the dealer pays the manufacturer on new cars, shows what people have been paying for each vehicle model and model year, and shows used valuations also. There are undoubtedly other such sources also - these are just the ones I have used and seem to be the best known.

Car Dealership reviews in Philadelphia

We met
Philadelphia Car Dealerships Provider Name Locked
Rizzello in the pouring rain, and took a test drive of the 2012
Philadelphia Car Dealerships Provider Name Locked
Fit. Our 2003 Altima had given us some problems, was larger than we needed for center city, and my wife hated the stick shift, so we needed to get another car. And to me the prices I was seeing for certified used cars were more than I wanted to pay.

We liked the red
Philadelphia Car Dealerships Provider Name Locked
Fit we test-drove, reviewed leasing vs. buying with San, then bought.

He was very nice, low key and patient. No pressure.

Once we decided to buy, we signed all the paperwork and them moved all the stuff from our Altima to the Fit, a very basic car.

When I realized that night that it had no cover for the truck or hatchback contents, I went back and bought a

cover the next day.

and a fellow salesman even helped me install it.

Overall I was impressed by the length of time many of the salespeople have been with the company,
Philadelphia Car Dealerships Provider Name Locked
for 35 years, and very pleased with our treatment. Considering that we needed to do something quickly, that
Philadelphia Car Dealerships Provider Name Locked
did not have as many cars as usual because of the floods in Thailand, and we did not have time to go to three dealers and go through all the hassles, we had an experience and got the car we wanted. It was a good day.

We were in the
Philadelphia Car Dealerships Provider Name Locked
to replace an aging vehicle that had required significant repairs lately. Called about a CPO on their website and made an appointment to meet with "
Philadelphia Car Dealerships Provider Name Locked
" that evening after work. The vehicle we had seen on the website turned out to not be the vehicle for us, but there was another CPO that we liked. Then we started looking at new vehicles to see what was available. It took a couple of hours (doesn't buying cars always seem to take longer than you think it should?), but we were able to get the numbers where we needed them so that trading in both of our cars for two VWs (one CPO, one new) made sense.

Philadelphia Car Dealerships Provider Name Locked
was able to get us a slightly better rate on financing than our credit union. It was late in the evening by this point, so we made an appointment to stop by the next morning to pick up the cars and sign all the paperwork. Next day everything was ready and waiting for us when we got there and we drove the new cars off the lot after signing all the paperwork. Overall, a great experience.

I have been a
Philadelphia Car Dealerships Provider Name Locked
customer for about 11 years. I bought a pre-owned
Philadelphia Car Dealerships Provider Name Locked
there in 1999, and I just bought another one.
Philadelphia Car Dealerships Provider Name Locked
Horn was the sales person for this purchase. Throughout the experience I felt like both the salesperson,
Philadelphia Car Dealerships Provider Name Locked
, and
Philadelphia Car Dealerships Provider Name Locked
as an organization was very respectful and honest. I don't have much experience buying a car, but I've heard stories and seen what friends have gone through. I went to the dealership about 3 times before I bought this car. All told I drove about 6 cars.
Philadelphia Car Dealerships Provider Name Locked
was accommodating when I showed up in the middle of his dinner on the second visit and his breakfast on the last visit. The first time I looked at the car, it was not online, and
Philadelphia Car Dealerships Provider Name Locked
quoted me a price. When the car posted online the day before my last visit, I was very concerned because the listed price was noticeably higher.
Philadelphia Car Dealerships Provider Name Locked
assured me that he would honor the price I had been quoted before, but the original price had been a mistake. Even though I had done the research and knew the price they quoted was kind of low, I grew a little suspicious of the "mistake." How the mistake was made was explained to me thoroughly, and I was very comfortable with the reason. I won't go into all of that here. I had also thought maybe the CarFax would
Philadelphia Car Dealerships Provider Name Locked
why it was so low. However, once I received the CarFax report, I knew I was getting a great deal. (Every inspection, oil change, and regular maintenance was listed and occurred like clockwork.) My overall experience was very pleasant, and I've become more and more convinced that I got an exceptional price on the car. The service department is knowledgeable and helpful. I had some service done at the dealership and some at my mechanic over the life of the first car. The dealership generally costs more as was my experience with
Philadelphia Car Dealerships Provider Name Locked
. However, the work I had them do, was done right. I never had to take it back. Again I know from a friend's experience with another dealership that is not always the case. I always felt I got more than my money's worth. For example, I order tires from an online store and have them delivered directly to
Philadelphia Car Dealerships Provider Name Locked
. When they arrive, the service manager calls me and makes an appointment. I take the car in, and they charge me about $10/tire to mount. I've called around and priced that service; so I know their price is exceptional. It's just one example of how they work to give the customer a great experience.

Their quality of their used car inventory is excellent.
Philadelphia Car Dealerships Provider Name Locked
was my salesperson, and he was just great. This was just such a positive easy experience. I would purchase another vehicle from them in the future.

Philadelphia Car Dealerships Provider Name Locked
has competitive prices but they are no higher or lower than other dealerships. You are looking at an expensive brand of car so you get what you pay for in my opinion. I found the sales team to be okay. They were a little above average probably compared to some other places. There is still some room for them to improve upon some things but that is typical of car sales departments if you ask me.
- joyce W.

I thought the salesman was wonderful. He wasn't extremely pushy in suggesting extra warranties or services but he also didn't stop until he got us the deal we wanted.

When I walked in to the building, I did not feel like I was paraded by a lot of sales people. I felt like the place was very classy. After I looked at all of the floor models, then someone came up and helped me. They did answer all of my questions as well.

My husband and I are very pleased with this
Philadelphia Car Dealerships Provider Name Locked
dealer. We are even more pleased with our car. We tend to think no car dealerships these days are too cheap to be honest. This dealership did charge us a pretty reasonable price for our car though. Now, I am not sure if in the end we wound up paying more since the services there are so good or not. It is hard to tell. I guess the most important thing for me to report is that I am very satisfied and I would highly recommend the company to other people interested in possibly buying a
Philadelphia Car Dealerships Provider Name Locked
. They have a good amount of used and new cars and they are certainly very helpful.
