Philadelphia Architects Provider Name Locked
designed our ideal rear patio and garden for our Center City Philadelphia home. She was a pleasure to work with, always prompt and very responsive to our many questions. The space is somewhat tricky; with her expertise and resourcefulness, it not only is maximally utilized but is stunningly beautiful to boot. We continue to receive frequent compliments on the space, and for this we thank
Philadelphia Architects Provider Name Locked
for her terrific design.

"We are actively looking for an architect / contractor for our bathroom and kitchen remodel.
Philadelphia Architects Provider Name Locked
seemed great and is close to our house. I called them 9/24/13, explained my project, the person said it was exactly what they do, and told me that someone called
Philadelphia Architects Provider Name Locked
would call me back (I also gave my email address). No one called. I sent an email on 10.21.13 explained that I had called, my project and asking them to call me back or at least email me. Nothing. I guess they are not looking for new business.

"I’ve worked with
Philadelphia Architects Provider Name Locked
of
Philadelphia Architects Provider Name Locked
since 2006.
Philadelphia Architects Provider Name Locked
is a hard working, very smart and knowledgeable Architect. She has an eye for unique and creative design elements. She doesn’t hold back or slow down if decisions need to be made. She’s VERY responsive. She works well with contractors and has a good understanding of the construction process.
She would be a great asset on a project that required an Architect's involvement from early planning stages through construction close-out. I would trust
Philadelphia Architects Provider Name Locked
with any of my future projects.

and JP were very nice and professional, and came by 2 separate times to complete the estimate they gave us. Unfortunately they were toward the top end of quotes we received and while I'm sure their rates are fair, we actually went with someone recommended to us who charges extremely low rates (probably too low for his own good) AND delivers fantastic quality.
We received several quotes in this range (28K) and given the choice between the 3 of them, would have gone with
Philadelphia Architects Provider Name Locked
in a heartbeat. I actually ran into
Philadelphia Architects Provider Name Locked
at Provenance while searching for doors and he answered several pocket door questions I had, and inquired about how the project was going. I would absolutely use them in the future if money wasn't a deciding factor.

"Overall the project went very well. The entire project was completed on time and more importantly on budget.
Philadelphia Architects Provider Name Locked
did an excellent job in making sure everything was done the way I wanted. I especially liked the fact that I was so involved with the purchasing process. I wanted to upgrade to granite counter tops in the bathrooms and
Philadelphia Architects Provider Name Locked
did not disappoint. They were able to source countertops to fit the budget without cutting corners. They turned out fantastic. The laundry area is probably caused me the most stress. The stacked unit was being replaced by two single units. I did not think it was going to fit. I was assured that it would fit based on the dimensions. It turned out great and looks amazing. Everything turned out great and I can enjoy my new home.
Philadelphia Architects Provider Name Locked
was very honest and upfront with everything. We had some problems with the plumbing and they were very responsive. They did such a great job in managing the situation that my building now has them in the approved contractors list. The building manager was very happy with their responsiveness to resolve the problems with the other tenants.
The project started out great and ended even better. I’m just sad there isn’t more work to be done.

"It went extremely well. I had several high quality proposals to choose from. Many of the designers took the opportunity to ask very detailed questions during the process. I was amazed at the level of detail that was included in the submissions. Several architects even went so far as to include my city's skyline in the backdrop of the Deck's design. It was very exciting when each of the proposals came in at the end of the 1-week competition. It was actually a challenge to pick the the top 3 from all of the submissions. I ended up continuing to work with the winning architect at the conclusion of the competition to further fine tune the design. I had such a great experience that I can't wait to plan my next home improvement project."

Philadelphia Architects Provider Name Locked
was wonderful, responsive, very respectful and no-nonsense throughout the whole process. His drawings are precise and detailed and his ideas are innovative. He is the kind of person who just knows how to make sense of a house. I feel that we have gotten more out of
Philadelphia Architects Provider Name Locked
than we spent. I would not hesitate a moment to hire
Philadelphia Architects Provider Name Locked
again and recommend him to anyone we know.

"Upon completion of painting, the painter was to return to "touch-up" anything needing that.
Painter was supposed to leave us the paint used if we needed it in the future.
After MANY phone calls (mostly unreturned) nothing of the above was completed!"

"I met with both JP and
Philadelphia Architects Provider Name Locked
on a Saturday afternoon at a local coffee
shop. My first impression was that they were punctual and cordial. I
wanted to discuss some prospects for new construction, specifically I
was interested in building on a lot in the Graduate Hospital area.
We spoke for over an hour, discussing layouts, variances, neighborhood
organizations, garages and other matters pertaining to the difficulties
of building on the particular lot I referenced. They seemed familiar
with the process and well-versed. Prior to our meeting, they had
contacted their staff and obtained an estimate for tying into the city's
water and sewage lines, something that I had not asked them to do.
This information was particularly helpful.
I found their rough estimate (40k to 60k a floor) to be a fair estimate. As we left the
meeting, I requested that they actually check out the lot and give me
their impressions. A couple days later, I received an email that made
it clear they had not only visited the lot, but had given serious
consideration to some of the ideas we discussed at the meeting.
Ultimately, the limitations of the lot proved to be the death

for any new construction plans.
