They immediately called me and stated they need $45 to provide the insurance agent a professional type estimate with part numbers for review. I also requested a copy of the estimate to determine what I was paying and received the original hand-written estimate with two lines added saying lightning damage. Very unprofessional, so they charged me $45 to add two sentences to the original estimate that they claimed was free. 2nd issue when they requested the fee of $45 I agreed and ask for them to repair the
and return it and at that time I would provide full payment to which they refused and want ed the $45 upfront. After 5 weeks of waiting for a new part the come in after being on back order they once again called to say the part they received was damaged and the would need to increase the original estimate another $50 to order a new part. THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED ON ANGIE"S LIST. CROOKS..stay away as of today 09/24/2013 after 20 days I still do not have my
