So what happens when you've got bare 1/2 inch sheet rock with no insulation in an attic, exposed to not only the typically adequate under appropriate insulation, central air conditioning but also supplemented with an additional 2.5 ton capacity of portable air conditioners brought in to get the condo under 80 degrees? Condensation, soaking and penetration into sheet rock. Non-stop operation of existing air condition unit.
So now, in order to prevent the owner from spending say ~$250 in insulation, your ignorance and pride would rather compromise the entire HVAC system as well as the sheet rock (in which the popcorn ceiling is already drooping and ready to fall off), a fire from the "plugged in but not installed" dishwasher and an immature and incompetent property manager that would prefer to overlook such issues in order to spite a tenant like a spoiled toddler for being "tattled on" on Angie's List.
How exactly is this potentially $4,000+ "oversight" going to look because you were less than a professional instead of a competent professional?

Looked on line for Estatebrokers LLC which a friend told me to look up. Found his informaiton on Angies list and called
could I meet with him and that he had a few apartments in the area that I was looking in.
He took me to a few of them and I fell in love with the third place he showed me. He advised me who to call to turn my electric on and who the cable co was in that area. We agreed to meet and after I gave him the security deposit we met the following week and I signed the lease. He then gave me the key to my place.
I could not have ask for anything that easy. If anyone is looking for a rental or even if you own and want to get a Property Mgr. to rent

When it comes to repairs, she keeps me informed and gets approval to perform the work, she sends quotes of the work to be performed, she gets my approval before authorizing jobs, she keeps me informed, she sends pictures and videos of the before and after, and she sends receipts. Her service is outstanding.
