Orlando Ophthalmologists Reviews

"It was a wonderful experience. The staff was courteous and helpful, the waiting time was relatively short (compared with my experiences with my other ophthalmologist). Dr.
Orlando Ophthalmologists Provider Name Locked
was terrific. He took the time to explain what was going on with my eyes, what kind of treatment was necessary, answered all my questions. The testing was done promptly and very professionally. I have not received treatment form him yet (the appointment is set for tomorrow), but I expect that it will be as good an experience as the introductory consultation was. Same goes for the billing.

I recommend this practice enthusiastically.

"I was able to get in right away. The office staff wasn't always courteous, but they were generally professional. The doctor was very punctual. The billing and administration is a major failure. They are kind of a wreck."

"She has very professional staffs that do the intake and then she runs through the tests and does a very thorough job of examining my eyes and gives me good feedback. She just has a very nice manner about her. She also treats my wife and treated my mother. She was referred to me by a hospital administrator who found her to be exceptional and I agree that she is an exception doctor. It is always a joy to visit her. They called about 2 weeks ago because she had surgery schedule coming up and she asked me when would be most convenient and if I was able to move it back a couple of hours, but they were on top of it long before I had to be there, so they are good. "You are shuffled in and out of the office with little attention. He did the eye surgery and I was having problems a couple of months later, and went back to the office. The doctor told me that I may have tumors, that I should have a cat scan, and sent me on my way. There was no follow up. Also I overpaid, and was not refunded anything. "

"She is very good at communicating. She is a very caring doctor. She has excellent all around care and she really pays attention. I recommend her and will use her again."

"Dr.
Orlando Ophthalmologists Provider Name Locked
has a wonderful bedside manner. My wife had the retina on her eye detach several years earlier and the surgery was performed at Florida Eye Clinic (don't go there). We became very unhappy with Florida Eye Clinic's service and care, and were referred to Dr.
Orlando Ophthalmologists Provider Name Locked
by our family physician. We went for a consultation and Dr.
Orlando Ophthalmologists Provider Name Locked
spent more time with us discussing my wife's care in the consultation than the Dr's at Florida Eye had spent during the entire time of her treatment. He was very concerned about my wife's health and well being. My wife was already under Dr.
Orlando Ophthalmologists Provider Name Locked
's care when she experienced a problem with her other eye. After an examination revealed a detached retina in that eye, he promptly scheduled surgery for the next day. He was very attentive during the recovery process (several months) and has been great during the follow-up visits.
