This was by far the best moving company I have ever used!
in the office was very nice and experienced. She explained their policies, answered all questions clearly and went out of her way to make my move happen as quickly as possible.
came to house to give us an estimate and was present when the move took place. He,
and
were fantastic! They arrived on time and went right to work with no breaks until everything was done. My furniture was wrapped in blankets and cellophane, and everything arrived in perfect condition. They took such wonderful care of everything and were so pleasant and anxious to please. I will use them again and again and again and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a stress-free move. Definitely a 5-star company!!

The packing crew was super friendly and efficient. I was very pleased with everything, especially that the owner stopped by several times to check on the progress as well as lend a helping hand. The employees really went above and beyond to make this an easy experience for us. The loading went faster than we had expected and again, the crew was beyond helpful. Everything was delivered super fast. All our belongings made it across the US without damage. We are extremely happy with our experience and would highly recommend this company!

The movers arrived on time discussed what was needed and went to work. Our move was about an hour away and we needed help with all the heavy bulky stuff including several solid Oak pieces and a 344lb treadmill. They worked non-stop and completed the move efficiently and on time as quoted; they even moved a very heavy/bulky piece of Nautilus equipment that was not included in the original items to be moved. Everything arrived safely/intact.

I contacted several movers, and had prices very high and very low. Most of the movers had no interest in
actually coming to see what I was moving, which made me nervous. So I went to Angie's List. I had the choices down to two companies- both on Angie's List - both with good scores. To be honest,
Orlando Movers Provider Name Locked

Moving Storage was not the lowest bid. But I chose this company because the president of the company,
Orlando Movers Provider Name Locked
Boussi, came to my home personally to provide an estimate, and he was so professional (yet calm and relaxed) that I believed he would make my move as easy as possible for me. Another reason I chose
this company was
Orlando Movers Provider Name Locked
respected the moving date I chose and did not try to change it to accommodate his business schedule.
My household property volume was small, but had two locations for pickup (home and storage unit).
Orlando Movers Provider Name Locked
came to both locations - in the same visit. He looked over the storage unit, and then came to my home - a few calculations later I had a binding estimate. I wasn't ready to decide at that visit, and he did not pressure me. He gave me a prepared packet containing information on his company, an explanation of insurance coverage and a High Value Inventory Declaration Form, a materials price list (for boxes and tape), FAQ’s, and a copy of “Your Rights and Responsibilities When You Move,” published by the Department of
Transportation. I did a lot of research in preparation for my move – and I knew this particular brochure is required by law to be furnished to me by my mover.
Orlando Movers Provider Name Locked
gave me this brochure before I signed a contract – no other mover mentioned or provided the brochure. It was comforting to know
Orlando Movers Provider Name Locked
was aware of this law and in compliance. In addition, 1st Class Moving Storage was licensed and insured to carry household goods interstate. I checked before I requested an estimate – many other companies were NOT licensed.
I had a strict moving budget.
Orlando Movers Provider Name Locked
was willing to negotiate a few items and help me stay within my budget. As I mentioned earlier, this was not my lowest estimate – but the fact that
Orlando Movers Provider Name Locked
took the time to sit in my home and not only listen to my needs, but help me find solutions – told me that
Orlando Movers Provider Name Locked
was a caring company.
When I made the decision to hire 1st Class Moving Storage, I called
Orlando Movers Provider Name Locked
to tell him and he made an appointment to come to my home the very next day to sign contracts. Everything was in place, no surprises. Our contract was for loading/moving/unloading my property, but no packing by
Orlando Movers Provider Name Locked
. He explained everything, including the High Value Declaration Form (I needed to fill it out), when to expect the movers, which location would be first, etc. We signed the contracts and he left. Every document
Orlando Movers Provider Name Locked
created concerning my move was provided to me via email within two hours. Estimate and signed contracts, scanned and emailed, quickly - very nice.
Orlando Movers Provider Name Locked
doesn't make a lot of pre-move calls, I called him twice with questions and he always had an answer for me.
So moving day arrives (June 12), and I have everything packed and ready.
Orlando Movers Provider Name Locked
doesn't want me to wait in the heat at the storage unit, so he calls me when the truck is on the way, about 11am. Also very nice (because it wasn’t 7am!). Now, I am thinking the storage unit is pretty full and dreading this moment. But when I unlocked the unit door,
Orlando Movers Provider Name Locked
(my foreman) and
Orlando Movers Provider Name Locked
(one of the movers) just smiled and said it was
no problem. Apparently they were right because the storage unit was empty and loaded on the truck in about an hour.
There was a tense moment at the storage facility. As boxes were being loaded onto dollies, I asked where the inventory stickers were.
Orlando Movers Provider Name Locked
responded that they were ordered, but had not arrived. His plan was to write numbers on my boxes with an
Orlando Movers Provider Name Locked
pen, and to write on the tape for the plastic totes – a plan he used until I found a sharpie marker in my vehicle. I was not happy about the lack of inventory stickers, and the professionalism score above reflects my displeasure. Maybe I am overly picky (quirky), but I am former military and have made many moves – always with inventory stickers. A second issue occurred when all was loaded and I was given the inventory list – the writing did not go through all the copies, and my list was essentially worthless. I resolved the issue by photographing the originals with my mobile phone – but this contributed to the “B” rating in professionalism.
Moving day pickup location 2 was my home. There were three movers, including the foreman. Most of my contact was with
Orlando Movers Provider Name Locked
and
Orlando Movers Provider Name Locked
– the third guy was loading the truck.
Orlando Movers Provider Name Locked
was great at making certain my totes were securely taped and labeled with the sharpie. At my home, I was actually keeping my own inventory list, and
Orlando Movers Provider Name Locked
was patient and understanding when I would double-check a number or ask them to wait a moment while I wrote an item down. He reviewed each and every item listed on the high value list, and assured me that all would be safe. Everything that was not boxed or crated was wrapped in moving blankets – many moving blankets (per item) and lots of tape (I swear
Orlando Movers Provider Name Locked
’s previous job was wrapping mummies!).
Orlando Movers Provider Name Locked
and
Orlando Movers Provider Name Locked
made certain nothing would be damaged – and they maintained a good sense of humor and pleasant attitude during the moving process. I was a stressed-out mess – but the guys were fine and did their best to make me comfortable.
Of course, it was Florida in June – and the afternoon thunderstorm did not spare us. The guys noticed the storm coming, we checked the radar on my mobile phone – there was no avoiding it. They loaded everything that was outside quickly – and then kept working until the storm broke and it was impossible to load the truck without damaging my belongings. During the thunderstorm, the guys waited outside, under the carport, for the storm to subside. While I did not mind them waiting inside, they didn't want to disturb the rest of my family (who were not moving). It was very considerate. They did accept bottles of drinking water…but no one took a lunch break even though they weren't finished until after 4pm.
When all the loading was nearly complete,
Orlando Movers Provider Name Locked
sat down with me and explained everything before asking me to sign the documents. He didn’t mind that I photographed the original copy of the inventory. We completed the paperwork, and the three gentlemen movers (and my property) are on their way. WHEW! I give the guys who loaded my household property an “A.” They were efficient and friendly, and did not mind my “quirks” and questions.
I wasn’t going to Indiana myself until June 18, and my total household property volume was small. I told
Orlando Movers Provider Name Locked
during the estimate that it was acceptable to me if my property shipment was delayed, as I was certain it would not fill more than 1/3 of an eighteen-wheel truck. I was anticipating up to three weeks travel time for my property. I arrived in Indiana on June 20. The truck driver,
Orlando Movers Provider Name Locked
, called me on June 22 to tell me he was on his way. I thought it would be a couple of days, but
Orlando Movers Provider Name Locked
was not in Florida when he called. He called me a few more times - when he was caught in traffic, to update his ETA, and finally when he was ½ hour away.
Orlando Movers Provider Name Locked
arrived in Indiana around 3:30pm on June 23. I greatly appreciate that
Orlando Movers Provider Name Locked
kept me informed, no unhappy surprises.
Orlando Movers Provider Name Locked
and the truck arrive with two local movers, and there is no possible way to park the truck off the tiny, two-lane road. They had to unload the truck from the road, while the traffic (and people) were not kind or patient. To expedite this process, I went outside with the printouts of my photographed inventory lists. As the items came off the truck, the men would call out the numbers and I would check them off. We were filling up the driveway, and the truck was getting unloaded quickly. Most of my items looked exactly the same as when they were loaded, a few
Orlando Movers Provider Name Locked
tops were suffering and maybe two boxes. Nothing inside the totes/boxes was damaged, nothing was wet. The blanket wrapped items arrived in great condition, and the movers carried the furniture into the house and placed it where I wanted it. When the truck was emptied, and the inventory/high value declaration lists complete…one of the local movers noticed a very dark STORM brewing and we were clearly in the storm path. This felt like Florida…and many boxes were still on the driveway.
Orlando Movers Provider Name Locked
and the two local movers hop to the fast track – and nothing got wet!
I know this is a long review – but I like to know how things really went before I put down a lot of money and maybe other people feel the same. Bottom line:
Orlando Movers Provider Name Locked
did a great job of loading/moving/unloading my household property from Florida to Indiana. It isn’t always easy to find a
mover when you
Orlando Movers Provider Name Locked
’t have enough to fill a truck – and my move was less than half the truck. They did the job well, overcame a few obstacles, and completed the move much faster than I expected. Everyone I had contact with was pleasant and helpful. I would use them again – and I recommend them without hesitation.

I write this to prevent someone from making the mistake we made when hiring the “services” of
Orlando Movers Provider Name Locked
& STORAGE of Lake Worth,FL (BM&S) owned by
Orlando Movers Provider Name Locked
.
My husband and I were relocating from FL to the Northeast for my new job as a resident physician and to start our new life together! This was supposed to be a happy time!
We received many quotes and were about to put a deposit with a large, reputable company when we received a call from BM&S. They were extremely polite & professional, answered all our questions, and we were particularly impressed with the product they sold to us over the phone. After extensive discussion, we were left with no reservations when giving our deposit.
Unfortunately, the product sold was not the one delivered; we sincerely regret hiring this moving company. To start, our movers were 4hrs late and my husband did most of the work, from heavy lifting, to dismantling furniture, to loading. They actually asked to use our car at one point to get more supplies from Lowes. Furthermore, we had to share the truck with other customers (we were told that we would have our own truck). Additionally, they attempted to charge us almost double their initial quote at pick up. Yet another fallacy was when the 3-day transport window, became a 7 to 21 day window after possession of our belongings. Delivery was much later than promised, resulting in an obligatory flight change and delay in getting to my family in town for my graduation ceremony.
Our stuff was LOADED into the first truck appropriately (ie. what you would expect of a professional moving company) under our supervision with plastic wrap, corner tape, blankets, and ratchet strapping when they left. But the DROP-OFF was a much different story. Our stuff was delivered in a completely different truck stuffed to themax with multiple customers’ belongings. The goods were improperly loaded & stored, resulting in extensive damage. This was not just a scratch here or there, but smashed lamps and exploded boxes. Every corner of furniture had a gash. To add insult to injury, we never even received our dining room table or the supporting bedpost, rendering it unusable.
This damage does not appear to be that of just careless movers, but it is suggestive of something much more negligent and purposeful. I am embarrassed for them when I tell you that this company did NOT even provide their movers at delivery with a dolly! My husband needed to participate as a mover yet again otherwise it would be impossible. Even more infuriating and confirming that this company is a SCAM: unknown to us, the owner decided not to charge our Amex for the 70% up front as we had authorized (with receipt) on pickup, only to DEMAND 100% in CASH at delivery, without viewing the contents of the truck. We paid under undue influence, as he was threatening to make his men leave and put my stuff into storage for a month! He was yelling and screaming so much that he had to give his sales manager,
Orlando Movers Provider Name Locked
, the phone. She was more professional when it came to customer relations, but she had no power to augment anything that has just transpired.
The movers were not the ones who packed the truck, worked for another moving company, and did not know
Orlando Movers Provider Name Locked
. They were annoyed not to have been supplied with adequate heavy-lifting equipment and embarrassed to deliver OBVIOUSLY damaged goods.
One would think a truly legitimate business would be mortified and attempt to rectify our issues. Instead, they have been screening our calls and ignoring texts/emails. Evidence of damage was provided and though we received a lot of promises to reimburse and/or find our missing belongings, nothing has been delivered but headache and aggravation. I am ashamed to admit that I sincerely believed the owner (after extensive conversations) that he could resolve our issues, as a respectable business owner should. We bought into his stories that he is “hard working immigrant from Turkey” who is “trying to make [his] new company successful.” He said that he is learning as he goes and this has been a very busy month for him with lots of unforeseen problems. I honestly took pity on him, knowing that my husband came from a similar background, having come from another country and he too started his own business. Fortunately, a BIG difference is that we run our company with morality and integrity.
To conclude, WE GOT SCAMMED and we are the losers in the end: He got his money and we got damaged goods and lost/stolen furniture. The owner will pay to a higher power for his transgressions, but you shouldn’t have to pay for them as well!
All in all, I would NEVER use this company for anything beyond moving my trash. Since their website is also filled with false-advertisement, I have coined more accurate slogan: “
Orlando Movers Provider Name Locked
& STORAGE of Lake Worth, FL: We make lots of
promises and cannot deliver.”

Terrible company. The movers showed up 3 hours late and blamed their boss for underestimating the job before me. When I booked the move.
Orlando Movers Provider Name Locked
said the movers would have garment boxes for hanging clothes. Of course, the movers showed up without them and again, blamed their boss for not telling them. They did alright loading the truck, except for the fact I had to put several items in my own car because they weren't sure how to load them without breaking them. Really? A lamp and a nightstand aren't safe in your truck? When unloading the truck the couldn't figure out how to get my couch into my house. I told them they would have to take the legs off of it to get it through the front door or them would have to go through the back door which would be much easier. Well they didn't take the legs off of the couch and tried to get through the front door anyway. Guess what? Didn't fit. They dented the front door, scraped the trim, and dented 3 walls. This was not a happy moment for me and my new home. The move took 2 hours longer than estimated so just like everyone else, I paid $350 instead of the $200 they quoted me. Weeks went by without a response from them regarding the damage they had caused. I finally got a response from
Orlando Movers Provider Name Locked
who offered to send on of her movers out to fix the damage, or they would give me $36. 1) no way their mover would be able to repair a crease/
Orlando Movers Provider Name Locked
in a steel door. 2) $36???? Come on... Do yourself a favor and do not book a move with this company. The estimate may be cheap, but it will end up costing you more money and cause more headaches than you can imagine.

The gentleman were friendly, work efficiently and wrap any items they thought would scratch in the truck, which I was not expecting. The total move was about 3hrs , the cost came to $300.00 and they placed all items in the rooms I wanted.

Closing on the house was a nightmare, and ended up running late, so when the movers arrived at the condo, I was not home. My neighbors asked them to get lunch and come back later, but the guys were happy to wait. When I arrived an hour later, there wasn't the slightest sign that they were irritated or anything. They were perfectly cheerful and ready to get right to work! They had the entire contents of the condo on the truck in less than 2 hours. The house wasn't ready, and I told the guys we had about 4 hours to
Orlando Movers Provider Name Locked
before the house would be ready. They didn't mind in the least and explained that it happened all the time. After much pleading, they finally agreed to let me buy them lunch, so we stopped for a bite on the way to the house. When we arrived at the house, they found out that the truck would not back into the driveway because it was too steep. Again with the great can-do attitude ... no problem -- we'll just carry everything from the street! They waited patiently with me for a couple hours before we finally got access to the house and then got right to work. They unloaded the whole truck, put everything where I wanted it and assembled all the furniture. It only took them about 3 hours to get the truck unloaded and the house set up. When they were finished and ready to go, they took their time making sure I was happy with where everything was located and how it was set up. It couldn't have gone any better. Nothing was broken or scratched, and everything was assembled securely, just like I would have done it myself. What a great company and crew - you won't go wrong with these guys!

The movers were all very sweet young men who had received little or no instruction on how to move heavy objects/furniture. Did not bring tools to disassemble bed. Lost hardware for beds leaving me to have to go to hardware store to purchase myself and reassemble beds myself. Left black scuff
