"After explaining what I wanted to , he thought I'd probably need a strike plate, bigger deadbolt, longer screws for my door hinges at an approximate cost of $130-$140. I thought it was reasonable, so I decided to go with Liberty because they were also highly rated on and they had a 10% off coupon. They ...more came out the same day. My partner handled the service call and when I called to see how things went, I was told that they had installed a strike plate and nothing more. For that we were charged $65 for the service call, $55 for the strike plate and $25 for the installation. I called Liberty back and explained that I thought I was getting a deadbolt, etc, and they immediately sent Bill the tech back out, at which time he installed the deadbolt. When I got home later that day, I saw that we still didn't have the longer screws for the door hinges and the deadbolt did not turn smoothly. So the next morning I called Liberty again and spoke to

, explaining that I wasn't happy because we hadn't gotten the screws we had discussed and the deadbolt was rough to operate.

agreed to send Bill out again at my convenience. Later that day, Bill came back out, installed the longer screws and adjusted the deadbolt. It started out rough, but I thought they had great customer service and eventually I received what I wanted. "
