"We discussed the project and I provided a list of the items we wanted completed. We met at the house and walked through the project and then we touched base daily on the progress. Very easy to work with and easily accessible when I wanted to discuss the project. Highly recommend

"The locksmith arrived about 15 minutes earlier than he said he would, which was great since it was moving day for us. He replaced the locks on seven doors in our new rental house. They all work smoothly and he got the job done very quickly."

"After explaining what I wanted to

, he thought I'd probably need a strike plate, bigger deadbolt, longer screws for my door hinges at an approximate cost of $130-$140. I thought it was reasonable, so I decided to go with Liberty because they were also highly rated on

and they had a 10% off coupon. They came out the same day. My partner handled the service call and when I called to see how things went, I was told that they had installed a strike plate and nothing more. For that we were charged $65 for the service call, $55 for the strike plate and $25 for the installation. I called Liberty back and explained that I thought I was getting a deadbolt, etc, and they immediately sent Bill the tech back out, at which time he installed the deadbolt. When I got home later that day, I saw that we still didn't have the longer screws for the door hinges and the deadbolt did not turn smoothly. So the next morning I called Liberty again and spoke to

, explaining that I wasn't happy because we hadn't gotten the screws we had discussed and the deadbolt was rough to operate.

agreed to send Bill out again at my convenience. Later that day, Bill came back out, installed the longer screws and adjusted the deadbolt. It started out rough, but I thought they had great customer service and eventually I received what I wanted.

"
Orlando Locksmiths Provider Name Locked
arrived early, he replaced a lock on the sliding glass door and he actually had to make a part to make the new lock function. He was in and out in 15 minutes. He was a very nice man. I have already recommended him to a friend."

"Work was scheduled by phone at a mutually convenient time and work was performed as scheduled. The person who did the work was friendly, courteous, and efficient. He finished in less than 30 minutes, and the new keys that he provided fit perfectly."

"While the initial phone call to set the appointment up went well, spoke with the owner of the business and was clear on the type of locks we wanted installed, and he was able to make an appointment for the next day, when the workman came (on time) he was not on the same page. He had no clue as to what he was supposed to install, and tried to sell us on another type of lock. We told him what type of lock we wanted. He did begin the installation, however, it took the better part of the day, and had to leave because he didn't have all the parts necessary to complete the job. Frustrating experience overall. Moreover, I found it odd that no receipt was issued. (Perhaps this is typical in this type of job)?"

"My keys were stolen from my gym locker. This company couldn't have been more helpful on a very chaotic day. They came at the time requested, and the locksmith even gave me some security pointers along with re-keying my house keys. Very polite, professional job. Phone support was sympathetic to my situation in a helpful, professional manner. The job was reasonably priced. I would recommend this company to others and definitely use them again."

"It was fine. I was in a rush, and they got there promptly. Their pricing was comparable to everyone else's. I called, and the lady called the guy. He called me back and then showed right up. They answered the phone very quickly. The whole thing took less than an hour. They were fine."

was VERY friendly, and did VERY professional work. Not only did he rekey the entire set of offices, but he made many sets of master keys and such. I would definetely use his company again."
