"The pump on my rental home wasn't working properly and I could tell it needed to be replaced. They came to my house and gave me a free estimate. They had a good price, and also seemed to be the most personable out of the company's I was looking at, so I went with them. They were very professional, and replaced the pump as well as some of the nozzles that weren't spraying right. I actually have some other landscaping work that I need on my actual home, and will be having them do that as well."

"The end result was very nice.

underestimated the amount of mulch needed and asked that I "split the difference" on ten additional bags of mulch for an extra $100 which I did with no reservation. We also asked him to call us to schedule some tree work. Two days after the job was done, when my sprinkler system went on, I noticed geysers in the front yard and back yard. On closer looks, I saw three broken off sprinkler heads lying on the mulch near where they had been sheared off, most likely by the sod cutting machine. I called Hessinger to repair the broken sprinklers for a cost of $208."

"I called this contractor six weeks ago. He came within a couple of days; and we spoke about what i wanted and then he was suppose to get back to me. It took about a week or two before he emailed me a proposal. I immediately responded to his response with some questions and did not hear back from him. I sent him another email four weeks later; asking why i didn't hear back from him; and he was all apologetic and had alot of excuses; but said nothing when i mentioned he could have phoned me. He came over that same day (Tuesday) went over things and promised to be back in two days (Thursday) to start the job; that it should take two days; (done by Friday; i figured) He left; still apologizing. Thursday came; no show, no call! Then Friday, the same. I called him Friday, around 4pm; again, no answer. I left a message and told him of my disappointment and disgust of his lack of communication and no shows; i also mentioned to him; to never to call me back with another excuse; cause this was unacceptable and inexcusable; and that was that! Funny; cause when he came back that Tuesday; he said he didn't want to disappoint an Angie's List customer; but he did; didn't he? I think

intentions are good; but he needs to take care of his issues; before dealing with others. This may or may not be an isolated case; i don't know. I like to always think the glass is half full; but i'm not in anyway making excuses for

either; that's his call!"

I ordered the foxtail palm yesterday and he is scheduled to come today for planting. His plants are healthy and large, and the prices are great. He also has fruit trees and shrubs, and he keeps his inventory list updated on his website."
