"I must start with saying, my Father owns his own residential Heating and Air Conditioning Company up North and I have a background doing this work when I was in High School and College. I called for an estimate and the estimator was punctual and courteous and had all the paperwork done on his laptop and own printer. I was able to compare his prices with those of the competitors and they came in with a much lower price than others. With my Dad's advice (and cost book) I was able to pick -Air and their prices as the best around. My Dad was astonished because he showed the price of the whole deal being just below his costs minus labor. He was a bit leery that I was going to get slammed with more charges once the work began but I got a good vibe so I chose -Air to do the work and no charges appeared. Scheduling them was quick and efficient and a 2 man crew came out and introduced themselves ( ) and talked me through the whole process and what they were going to do and how it was going to get done. My air handler is upstairs and they put throw rags down in all traffic areas and even wore paper boots while working on the inside. They kept my house clean and left no they were even there. The install was quality work and they even sealed up the ducts in the older unit still standing free of charge. They walked me through the operation and showed me all the work they did and let me inspect accordingly. They sent a supervisor to my house to also do a quality check of the work as a second set of eyes. They were in and out in 5 hours and again, left no they were even there. Trust me when I say, these guys are good, with courteous employees and I will definitely call them again when my 3 ton unit eventually fails."

"These guys are THE BEST IN TOWN... and I should know. I have had many of the "big corporate guys" come to my house and never fix the problem... then overcharge me. 's Service was A+ from the start. Very courteous over the phone (you can tell them are a Family Owned Business right away), very helpful and informed technicians, and for much less than the big guys charged me. Most importantly, they not only fixed the problem, but they also showed me some ways that I can save big on my AC bill. I am about to use to install a whole new unit and I will stop by and leave some feedback once they do. In the meantime, I recommend everyone give them a shot and I am confident you will not be disappointed. Thanks !"

"The installation process became very disappointing and stressful for us because left details unfinished and did not communicate with us. After the main installation, we did not hear from them for 2 weeks. We called to tell them about the problems and were told that other jobs had kept them busy because of the cold weather and the holidays. That same explanation was repeatedly given to us as we continued to try to have the details of the job resolved. They came back to fix holes they left in the ceiling and other items and when they left there was still a hole in the ceiling. They came back and fixed it very unprofessionally. The third time they plastered it shut .
. All in all, we were inconvenienced unecessarily due to their lack of communication in the office, with us and their workers. The co-owner of the company talked to me, again reminding me how busy the company was that month due to the tax break about to expire. We told our sales person up front that we did not need them to hurry our our installation
because we already had met the tax break requirements with another project.
By the time the installation was complete we had spent much time calling, waiting for them to get here, rescheduling do-overs, and resolving other details. Definitely has left us with a feeling of regret. I hired them initially because I knew they had years of experience and good ratings. They told me that our job was an exception to their normal service level because they were busy that month. That doesn't help when we just spent 14,000.
We do feel we purchased good equipment and it was installed correctly. The problems were mainly with the finishing details, and lack of communication.
Below is a list of details about problems we had to deal with:
.
1.removed moulding to attic entrance. Did not replace. left the parts lying in the attic
2.removed attic entrance cover. did not replace, also left in attic
3. did not close hole in ceiling where a pipe was removed
4 the first day workers arrived we told them to leave all of the copper scraps on our property. this was not done
5 fixed hole in ceiling incorrectly, had to be redone
6. left huge globs of spray foam insullation in the back of the house, had to come back.
7.sales person promised us some things that the co-owner later explained were not possible because they were so busy"

"We have no complaints on the price, installation, time period of install, and quality of the workmanship or product. We will call Air for any future needs."

"They were very professional in their response and performed the bulk of the work at the time they said they would. The General Manager ( Hudson) worked with us to solve our cooling issues and ensured we were happy with the final results. We were very satisfied with the overall system performance in the majority of the house upon completion of the work except for the cooling in the far end of the house (farthest from the air handler). and the Installation Supervisor ( ) worked through several solutions to enure the problem was fixed, ultimately enlarging the duct work which serviced that end of the house to increase air flow. We believe that problem has been fixed although the final test will be when the weather returns. In any event, has reassured us several times that their work is not completed until we are completely satisfied. And his attention to that issue over the last couple of months leaves me no doubt he will do so."

"They are a really big company. The overall experience was awful. They told me that my coil was leaking and I asked how much it would be to repair it. He tried to charge me $250 to check it again when he had just told me that it was leaking. I said that he had to be kidding because he just told me it was leaking. It was really bad. I contacted the company and talked to seven different people and asked for a manager to call me because I thought that was very unfair. I tried for six or more weeks and couldn't get anybody to call me back. They had put in the air conditioning system. If a customer is very upset they should have had a manager call me back. I will never use them again. "

"They are very reliable people. They were very professional. Everything that they said they would do they did. The price was fair. The service people were immaculate and very courteous. The value was worth what we paid."

"They did a very good job and they had the best price. I had received 4 to 5 estimates and they were the cheapest. They had cheaper price with a better model. I got an estimate from them in the last week of August. I also got a permit for it. It seemed remarkable since they were able to put in a higher quality unit at a substantially reduced cost. I did a lot of comparison with other companies. They were about $1500 to $2000 less than everyone else for a better unit. There was some rebate too. It was probably about $2500 before it was all done and everything was in my favor, which was remarkable. They did everything that they were supposed to do. I ?t think that I probably need to replace my air conditioner for another 10 years. It?s a long term purchase. However, I would recommend them. "

"We have used in the past for a previous home that I owned. That first experience was as good as it gets and this second experience was no different. Upon moving into this house in 2005, we immediately could tell that the original builder had undersized the Air Conditioning system for the size of this home. We dealt with that for 5 years, with each year getting worse and worse. During that interim, serviced our unit twice a year with their maintenance service agreement. They never once tried to push a new unit on us and always did their best to help us get the most out of our AC. Finally, we decided that an indoor temperature of 84 degrees during the daytime and a constant 24/7 running of our AC was just not cutting it. On the most recent visit of our service technician, , we requested that he go ahead and check on getting us a quote on installing a new AC. Within a couple of days, was in contact with us discussing options for a new AC and had us a quote along with answering all the questions that I had. We (wife and I) agreed on what we wanted, dropped by the house to finalize the transaction and we were scheduled within a few days of that.
The installation went very smooth. They even did some landscaping for me by ripping out two dead plants that were around my old AC unit. The installers were very friendly and personable and they always wore sanitary ?socks? around their shoes when they came in and out of the house. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure that we were fully satisfied before they left.
Three weeks have passed since the installation of our AC and it is performing beautifully. The programmable thermostat insures that my wife and I ?t play thermostat wars between each other (LOL), and the house is nice and cool in the middle of a hot Florida summer. I would recommend to anyone who asked. ? Hall-"

"They are excellent. They provide good service, price and the quality is good. I spent $100 on that service.
