"I picked Bell Inspections off a list from our realtor. They were fairly helpful over the phone. The inspection was done in a timely fashion, but done very poorly. In particular, the inspector wrote up that our house only had a 100 amp breaker box, which would have disqualified us for most insurance carriers. A second inspection revealed that the breaker box in question was a sub-panel. The 200 amp box was outside next to the electrical meter. We also paid an additional $75 for a termite inspection. The inspector informed us that rotted wood would have to be replaced in order for him to do a termite inspection (the second inspection was thoroughly completed with the wood in place). When we decided to have a second inspection, the inspector refused to refund us the $75 for the termite inspection that he never completed. I would never use him again, and I would not recommend that anyone else use him."

answered and was very polite and courteous. He explained his service on the phone and offered the various options that he had available for his inspection work. Most importantly, as we were having a deadline and the other inspection company did not show up, we needed someone to do the work immediately and Rod was able to get out to inspect our home the same day that we called him. So even though we had called other companies, most did not speak much English and made promises they could not keep. When Rod came out, he explained everything that he would be doing with regard to the inspection of our home. We watched him do the work and he certainly did a very complete and professional job. We were both impressed by his high degree of professionalism and his pleasant disposition. Upon completion, he sent the extensive report by both fax and e-mail with many photographs of the items that had been inspected. We were impressed by the job performance."
