"The installers were upset that they had to move the furniture to install the carpet (We paid extra for this service). The rest of the day, even when I offered to buy lunch for them, they were rude and unprofessional, still upset about having to move the furniture. The job itself was OK, except for a few obvious lines in the doorways. Our furniture was pretty dinged up. They also charged us for removing the old carpet and flat out lied when we called to contest the charge for removing it. This was a subcontractor that was used by Home Depot. It was NOT a good experience. We had a great experience when we used them for installing our tile. Ultimately, it depends on what subcontractor Home Depot uses. You can never be sure about what you are going to get."

"Staff was very knowledgeable about the correct measurements for our countertops to put on our cabinets to build an island in our kitchen. The prices were great we saved more but it still looked high priced and the shipment came in less than a week."
