Description of work "My kitchen and family room were tiled and I also had the fireplace marbleized. To keep a clean environment, Michael Salci [the owner] tarped off the construction area, keeping the dust to a minimum. All the trash was disposed of by Michael. He installed new rectified porcelain tile - it looks as though it was travertine. He was a perfectionist with his work. Michael purchased, fabricated and installed a limestone threshold that matches the porcelain tile. He tore out the existing tile and drywall of the fireplace and installed cement board, marble and a mosaic border around the hearth. It looks like a brand-new fireplace."
