Client says Orlando dry cleaner ruined linen blouse

COMPLAINT: Judi King, Winter Park, Fla.

I sent Capri Cleaners a linen blouse for cleaning. The white trim on the black blouse came back purple.

I was told I can't expect white to stay white and the blouse is still wearable. After four cleanings the trim is now light gray and the blouse is ruined.

DESIRED RESOLUTION: I want them to reimburse me $90 for the cost of the blouse.
