Should I paint or stain my deck?

"We had used him to build the screened in porch on the back of our house a few years ago and they did such a wonderful job that I called them again. They came on time, worked hard and got the job done right the first time. I was so happy when I got the estimate as it was half the price of everyone else. I was surprised when they gave me a free upgrade on the back porch. They tightened down the base boards and added a thresh hold for us to keep out the bugs. What I really like about this company is they do the work first then send a bill. They do not ask for up front money. They do quality work and it is guaranteed."

The problem I ran into with Home Pro was that they set five different appointments for the work, canceling each time with a different excuse. This is the reason I will not use them again. The complete job was approx. 900 sq. ft. and it was completed in one day. The also cleaned up after the work was done. Overall, I am very pleased with the work that was performed."

"He did a very good job, but he never came on time, he had a lot of outside issues so therefore he needed his payments upfront (that might have just been the case at that specific time). He also never mentioned the termite spaying before pouring the concrete therefore he failed the county's inspection. He didn't mention the cost of the termite spray. In conclusion, he wasn't even close to becoming a professional. If you have all the time in the world to keep track of what he is doing, he does an excellent job and he has a very good heart. So, I would like you to hire him if you can because he needs money."
