"Advertisements of specials and financing offers me to Lowe's to begin with. The staff was very pleasant during the ordering and scheduling. The project required a professional detail measurement arranged by them prior to actual product purchase. I did not hear from them for approx. a week, so I stopped into the store to inquire the status. They found the carpet had been delivered but not sure where exactly, so they investigated and contacted me the next day to arrange for installation. The subcontracted installation team was also pleasant and I am very satisfied with their work. Just one curiosity - my new carpet had many small twigs on it, even after they vacuumed, that were not from my yard. Otherwise the carpet was sparkling clean, as one would expect. Overall, I am quite satisfied."

"They've done a good job for me in the past but my last experience with them was bad. He hooked up his truck in my garage and the carbon monoxide from his truck was flowing through my house and it set off my carbon monoxide detectors. From their follow up to confirm estimate appointment to the representative's detailed information regarding the product, installation and manner in which the entire operation was to proceed and the actual installation all was very professional. Although the installation was somewhat more complicated and problematic ...more than our representative advised, all was carried out wonderfully and the end result is a fantastic kitchen/foyer and bathroom ceramic tile installation and carpeted stairwell. My only complaint is that the rep advised they have their own installation crews and don't use contract labor and the two separate crews who arrived - one for tile and one for carpet - were contract labor. The installers were wonderful and very conscientious about cleaning up after themselves - tile people even had to make another trip out due to short count by the estimator for tiles and were very apologetic about not completing on time."
