"I filed a claim on my car insurance, and I was going through a lot of rigmarole trying to get the car towed to the repair shop. My insurance company was not being all that helpful, and it sounded like they were trying to avoid paying for anything. The service center at VW wasn't extremely helpful in getting my car towed, but I think there was a misunderstanding ...more about what work I was having done and that I had an insurance claim. The VW collision center called me back and straightened everything out. They had my car towed and charged it to my insurance so I didn't have to pay. The folks in the body shop were a great advocate for me in dealing with my insurance company. Within a couple of days the insurance company had agreed to pay for all the repairs. The actual work on the repairs seemed to take forever. I didn't have a car for a whole month. But when I got my car back, I have to say that everything was above and beyond my expectations. The car inside and out was clean enough to eat off of. They had neatly stored all of my personal affects in the center console, it was very tidy. Now, you can't even tell that anything ever happened to the car. It drives like it's brand new."
