Window Replacement Reviews in Oklahoma City

It never occurred since the provider never responded to email. (Emailed the provider through Angie's List on April 28, 2014 and never heard back from them once.)

We called
to get a free quote for replacement windows. Their representative was on-time (in fact, early) and very professional. He walked us through the process step-by-step and explained the how the windows will help us save on our energy bills. Overall, I am very pleased.

Window Replacement reviews in Oklahoma City

It started out great. The presentation was good and the salesman was very knowledgeable and nice. His pricing even seemed competitive. However, when I told him we need to think it over a day or two to allow my wife and time to compare it with the other estimates, that's when things changed. That's when he put on the high pressures sales tactics. He told me we could not think it overnight or the price would not be honored. He said we had to decide on the spot because he was leaving town the next day. Basically, "take it or leave it". I asked him again if we could let him know the next day, he said no. The only reason we decided to do it was because the price seemed fair and we did like the quality and color of the windows. When we got a call a few weeks later to schedule the installment we were told they would be there on Monday at 2pm or 3pm (it was one or the other, I forgot which one it was). I told the gentleman on the phone that might work, I just need to check with my wife to make sure she could be home by then. He then said he would go ahead and schedule me for that time, but to call him back only if my wife could not be home at that time. I confirmed that I will only call him if we need to reschedule, otherwise put us down for that time. I never called him back because my wife was able to make it home for the scheduled time. He called me back a few days later to make sure we were all set for the following FRIDAY! I told him it was for Monday not Friday. He said he scheduled someone else in our time slot since I never called him back. I reminded him of the previous conversation we had about me only calling him back if we need to make a change. I then asked him to come at our original time, but he said he couldn't because it was no longer available. I asked him to call the other people back that he scheduled in our time slot and tell them to reschedule. He said he couldn't. He said he could squeeze us in later that Monday evening, but he will try to come out earlier if they could. I was very disappointed that we got bumped and he did not seem to care. In my opinion, I'm sure we got bumped because the other job must have made them more money since we were only getting three windows installed. The quality of the window are great, but their customer service is horrible. I'm in sales and I would never tell a customer they had to decide now or the price will not be honored. Although we only had three windows installed we are planning on getting the rest of the house windows replaced next month. We would have liked to used Sooner, but now we will be using another company.

Just a few short years after purchasing our first home, my wife and I went to Champion to get an estimate for window replacement. We went to their showroom where they demonstrated all of their "proprietary" technology and set us up with what they said was a "good" deal. They assured us that this was the best deal we would find and that we needed to sign their contract on the spot. After leaving we felt very unsure about being pressured into the deal and looked for another estimate just to compare. Their quote was $10,000 to replace every window in the house. After contacting Rich Rush at

Home Improvements we found out that the "proprietary" technology that Champion uses is industry standard. There are only a couple of glass makers in the US and they make the same glass for all distributors.

gave us a quote that was less than half $5,000 to replace every window in the house and we even got storm doors included in that price. We were very happy with the quality of the product and we still love our windows more than 01 years later.

Beware! Beware! Beware!
I am shopping around for windows. I went into
Oklahoma City Window Installers Provider Name Locked
because my neighbor has used them. Also, they advertise $189 for a window. So I walk in their and the salesman is friendly enough. He starts off by saying the cheapest window is $349.

??!???! What?!??! I am trying to change my reactions to people. Trying to be nice.
So I let him do his sales bit. Oh my are their add ons! If you actually buy the $189 window you will get nothing!
When I got home I added some of the add ons. The cost of windows are actually $394 each. And I am sure I am missing something.
Be careful shopping here. He is going to tell you how honest they are because they break the cost down. Also, each window is $189, unless you have a large window like I do then that is more money. Do I get a discount on the 2 feet windows?
I am not going to use them and their better housekeeping approved window flyers are going in the trash. Along with their flyer for the door and french doors.

This firm was responsible for installing my Jacuzzi walk-in tub 16 months ago (which they did, beautifully, efficiently, and cleanly). The hot-water tap on the tub began to malfunction, and

brought new hardware and installed it with no fuss or delay. My tub works perfectly, and since there is a 10-year-warranty, the service/repair call cost me nothing.

were extremely easy to work with. We had someone come and measure our windows, give us an estimate, and then come back and install our windows. They will also do a lead paint test for you if you choose them and provide you information regarding lead base paint which I found very beneficial if we ever decide to sell our home we have proof that our house does not contain lead based paint.

They sales staff and their contractors were very easy to get ahold of and were extremely professional. Just a note to those who care, the person installing your windows is not an employee of the company, but a contractor that the company pays. We had a really great contractor, and therefore, it did not concern me. I just thought that information may be useful for those who care.

Then windows look great and we haven't seen any problems with them yet. If we do, I'll make sure to update this post.

After being forewarned that there would be a wait, the service was performed quickly and professionally as soon as they were able to work us into their schedule. I was pleased with the price and efficiency of the work. It was worth the wait.

The sales staff was very professional and did not yield to high pressure techniques to sell their products and services. They do not keep product warehoused, so after the sale it took more than 8 weeks to get the new window and get it installed. No doubt a cost saving measure for the business, but a big inconvience for the customers.

While the product was high grade, excellent design, quality of materials and will provide many years of reliable services, I give them a B, I would give an A if the price were a bit lower. I was not happy with the fact that in order to fix a window that had a $2.00 plastic latch broken on it, required buying a whole new window. I checked around at several places trying to find a replacement latch for a window that opens into the house for cleaning purposes, but could not find a latch or a company that would replace this inexpensive component.
Nothing against this specific company for not providing such a service when all of them do the same thing, still it feels like a gimmick they all use to sell windows rather than repairing a window that still has many years of service left in it. When the window was installed, the installer did not inform me about the magnet from the previous window, used with the security system to detect an open window, they simply left the wires hanging to the side rather than reconnecting them or drilling a new hole that would work with thier window. Given the number of home that use security systems, I expected the ability to reconnect the wires so the security system would work with the new window.
For requiring a new window rather than the ability to fix an inexpensive component on an existing window and for not reconnecting wiring for the security system during installation I’m giving them a D on quality of service.

Kids broke a pane out the window in a bedroom, so even though we have storm windows, for their security we needed it done fast. Called

. They were out the next day and fixed it quickly and for reasonable amount. Definitely recommend them.
