"A window broke in my kitchen. I found 
using Angie's List, and gave them a call. Even though I called during their advertised business hours, no one answered. I left a message on their voice mail system, providing a callback number and a detailed description of my situation. I even mentioned that I might be interested in replacing several windows (for energy efficiency) if the price was right. After a week of waiting, 's still had not returned my call. I decided to give them another , and called them a second time. Again, no one answered, and I left a message. This time, 's called back 40 minutes later. The lady on the phone seemed completely disinterested, asking questions like "Who are you again?" and "What was your bid?". When I repeated a full explanation of my situation, she told me that 's Siding & Windows does not repair just any glass; they only repair glass on windows that they've sold and installed. She then recommended a few other companies to perform my glass work, all of which have either F ratings or no ratings on Angie's List. In summary, these people made me wait for a week only to discover that they didn't want my business. Given such a lack of professionalism, I certainly won't be doing business with these people any time soon."

"The roofing guys did a great job finished in one day on a two story house, the painters did a pretty good job I would use them again, the gutters are great they also finished in one day although they need improvement on thier customer service skills, the windows are not finished yet, As for Denali they sub-contract the work but I was to believe they had all thier own crews. They really do not have a go-to person in town as thier main office is in another town. We felt abandoned after the roof was done."

"The work had to be done that day. They did a satisfactory job and were able to come spur of the moment in the evening. They replaced the glass in the window, where a burglar had broken in."

"The person that came to measure the windows was not the person that had to install them.When he start installing them he told me and the person that measured them that he would have to dismantle the inside casing of my windows too.They both insured me that they would fix up the inside for me so I let him install them.Well that already took 2 days.I waited at least on 10 different days for one of them to show up between 10 am and 12 pm to either have the person that measured the windows come by for a few minutes to tell me what all still would be done or for some one to work for 3-4 hours because they wouldn't show up until 2pm or later.The windows were deliver ~March 16 today is April 6, the windows are done on the outside but the inside still has 6 that need work. Yesterday the installer ask me to please fill out the completion papers so he could get paid, he promised me to come back today at 10 am to finish it is 2 pm and he is not here and I am not so sure I want him to return .When installing the windows no insulation was done other than caulking.I had to insulate the inside myself best I could ,at least the windows were left undone long enough for me to do that.The windows are so wide you can't trim them out with wood, like mine used to be,it is even to narrow for sheetrock.The work done inside is less than professional and not completed.I am really to upset to talk about all the time the made me wait and promised me to do stuff related to the windows it would't make sense to somebody unless you can see it.I don't have a good camera to take good pictures.I would recommend not to hire them unless you know your installers."

"Avoid (and wife ) dba and other co's in the Oklahoma City area. For years before and since our experience, has been sued for civil relief indebtedness and in small claims court by many individuals, marketers, suppliers and even his own landlord.
Our experience in Nov 2003: demanded 50% of a $1,700 window install up front, then disappeared. We finally had to engage fraud detectives with the Oklahoma City Police Department to force him to return our money. This guy is bad news."

"My husband and I originally went to the factory showroom in response to a sale advertisement we heard on the radio. The sales pitch was long with prices being saved to the very end, but we did gain a lot of information that us to ask more questions and helped us make a more informed decision. We had taken our measurements in with us, but one of their staff came withing a week to make more precise measurements before manufacturing our windows. Approximately one month later the windows were installed very professionally by a 4 person team within approx. 4 hours. The installers were very patient with our questions and willing to show us all steps, the problems they encountered in taking out the old windows (one brick was already broken and had to be glued into place) and their solutions. They fully demonstrated the function of the windows and cleaned up all of their mess before leaving."

"It went very bad. I took vacation time to get things around the house fixed including a window. I called and no one called me back. I had always heard good things about them so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called again to schedule an appointment. They did call back this time but were a little bit hateful but did schedule an appointment.
The day and time of the appointment came and they didn't show up. They didn't call to let me know they'd be late. I waited for a couple of hours then I called and someone said they'd call me back with status but they never did. I called again a couple of hours later and was told that they were working their way to me and they'd had to do some emergency service. They said they'd be here though.
They never showed and never called until the following Monday (after my vacation was over) and asked if they could come out and measure the window. They are totally disorganized from what I could tell."

"I called (on a Wed) and described my problem to the office. (I also called another glass company the same day and was determined to give the job to the one that got back to me first.) I was given an estimate based on the size of the window pane. They said it would be the following Monday before the field estimator would get back to me. He called on Monday, scheduled an appointment on Tuesday. He was prompt and courteous. Scheduled an installation by Friday. Installation went well and am pleased with the outcome. Still haven't heard from that other company.... (I do think with was very proud of that window and labor though ... regarding $$.)"
