"Ten condo units were involved. We each chose our own contractor, but, the whole building was being restored by this company, so we felt that it would be to the best of our interest to use them. The whole thing was a disaster from beginning to end, with far too many problems to detail. The job was far to large for this company to handle. Their subcontractors ...more were not given details as to what to do, therefore, wrong things were done, and things to be done didn't get done correctly. The expense exceeded the estimate by twice the original amount! Exceeding my insurance limit by $15,000.00! They had told me $11,000.00, then, I went over one day and the unit was nothing but a slab. Without conversing with me, they had torn out everything and said the price was doubled! It went down hill from there. No show contractors, lousy workmanship, not returning calls, etc. The job took almost a year, all this time, I was losing rental income. Maybe with a very small job, the company would be OK, but, in my opinion, I would NEVER recommend it or ever use them again!"
