We were logical in getting four quotes for the project and I knew from the get go it would be Cardinal and it was. Our pool was finished in less time than they quoted. "This was an awful experience. They promised the job would be done in 4-6 weeks and it took them 13 weeks. I constantly had to stay on top of them as they never showed up when they said they would. After they poured the colored and stamped concrete, they waited 3 weeks before they cut the saw joints. Those joints are supposed to be cut within 24 hours ...more to allow the concrete to crack in those joints as it settles. By the time they cut the joints, the concrete had already cracked and when they cut through the cracks, there were big chunks of concrete coming loose. They were not willing to do anything about it and I finally had to involve an attorney. We settled by not paying the majority of the final payment. There were many other things all throughout the process that made the whole experience something I would not want to go through again. I would not recommend them."
