"These guys are pros. They know what they are doing and are very friendly and helpful. I definitely trust my bike to them. Note: They are not the cheapest game in town but the quality of work is great and I can trust them.

"SCOOTER REPAIR / PERFORMANCE, also known as
Oklahoma City Motorcycle Tires Provider Name Locked
is a dishonest business.
They performed work on my Piaggo scooter and it did not run properly upon return. After numerous attempts to have them rectify the issues, I took the scooter to a reputable service organization where it was revealed that the original equipment carburetor was removed and replaced with a cheap aftermarket version carburetor. Also, other work that was stated to have been done was not performed. This business is operated by a dishonest individual and will rip you off. There is no street address for this business. They tell you they are mobile repair but
Oklahoma City Motorcycle Tires Provider Name Locked
’t fix your scooter on site. Instead they haul it away for “repair” and return it with non-original equipment. Strongly recommend you use other repair business.

"I bought a 2006 Electraglide from
Oklahoma City Motorcycle Tires Provider Name Locked
in 2009. It had 1600 miles on it and now in January 2014 it has nearly 60,000. The folks at
Oklahoma City Motorcycle Tires Provider Name Locked
have provided all of the service which includes tires, brakes, and oil change/service every 5,000 miles. In May of 2012 my wife and I were riding in a suburban area near Silverton when we collided with a deer. We were not hurt and didn't even go down (thank you God), the deer wasn't so fortunate.
Oklahoma City Motorcycle Tires Provider Name Locked
, the service manage at
Oklahoma City Motorcycle Tires Provider Name Locked
HD, wrote the order up and saw to it that our Electraglide was brought back to pre-deer condition. The frame, front forks, and other parts had to be replaced. The service department did an excellent job and our Electraglide was up and running in quick order thanks to

and all the service folks at
Oklahoma City Motorcycle Tires Provider Name Locked
. The October 2013 service was a 5,000 mile service. It cost $0.00 due to the 3 year pre-paid maintenance plan. WooHoo!! I gave them a "C" rating on price because I think that all

motorcycles are overpriced, but that is not a bad reflection on

"THE OWNER
Oklahoma City Motorcycle Tires Provider Name Locked
AND HIS WORKER WERE 2 HRS LATE . SHOWED UP WITH EXCUSES ON WORKING A PARTY THE NIGHT BEFORE A BOUNCER I THINK. HIS WORKER WAS VERY UNFRIENDLY. HIS WORKER ACTED AS THOUGH HE HAS NEVER MOVED ANYTHING IN HIS LIFE AND
Oklahoma City Motorcycle Tires Provider Name Locked
HAD TO PUT STUFF DOWN BECAUSE THINGS SEEMED TO HEAVY FOR HIM. THEY PUT HOLES IN THE WALLS AND DAMAGED LARGE PIECE OF BEDROOM FURNITURE RIPPING THE WOOD FROM THE BOTTOM AND BEATING IT UP BAD. SEVERAL OTHER PIECES HAVE DAMAGE BUT THIS PIECE IS REALLY BAD. HE TOOK RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT AND SAID WOULD SEND A FURNITURE GUY HE EMPLOYED BUT THAT NEVER HAPPENED THEN CAME UP WITH STORY HE WAS LOOKING FOR A NEW FURNITURE GUY. ALL THIS ON A TEXT MIND YOU HE CAN NOT TALK ON CELL ALWAYS HAS EXCUSES. WHEN I GOT 5 ESTIMATES THAT HE ASKED FOR HE NOW HAS STOPPED ALL COMMUNICATION . HE IS NOT BONDED AND INSURED AS HE CLAMS HE TALKS BIG GAME BUT HE IS A YOUNG MAN THAT KNOWS NOTHING ON HANDLING ISSUES OR CLIENTS. DO NOT TRUST HIM TO YOUR BELONGINGS. IF HE HAD INSURANCE THIS WOULD NOT BE AN ISSUE. HE HAS GIVEN ME RUN AROUND AFTER RUN AROUND. SMALL CLAIM COURT HERE WE COME. I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS BUT THIS GUY HAS LIED OVER AND OVER.

"I responded to an ad on
Oklahoma City Motorcycle Tires Provider Name Locked
’s
Oklahoma City Motorcycle Tires Provider Name Locked
website advertising a dirt bike for sale and went to the store to check it out. The salesperson showed me the bike and said the bike had been gone over completely by the service department. He said they put over $500 worth of work into the bike that included the top end, spokes, fresh fluids, filter and plugs. After a quick test ride, I noticed the brakes were weak. They had the mechanic look at it and he adjusted the brakes. They were asking $400 over
Oklahoma City Motorcycle Tires Provider Name Locked
and when I tried to negotiate on the asking price, the salesperson said the price was firm due to all the work they put into the bike. I asked the salesperson if the bike came with a warranty and he said if I found anything wrong within 30 days of purchase,
Oklahoma City Motorcycle Tires Provider Name Locked
’s
Oklahoma City Motorcycle Tires Provider Name Locked
would take care of it. Not knowing much at all about dirt bikes, I put all my trust in the salesperson's word and

’s

and made the purchase.

After getting the bike home and unloading it off the truck, I noticed a bolt in my driveway. I began to
Oklahoma City Motorcycle Tires Provider Name Locked
all over the bike for a similar bolt. I found a match. In fact, the bolt that matched was nearly all the way unscrewed and about to fall out as well. I replaced the bolt that fell out and tightened the other one. I looked on the internet and found an owner’s manual for the bike. After reading it, I learned that the rear brakes have a brake wear indicator. When looking at the indicator on the bike, it was at the limit. The rear brakes were worn out. I also learned how to check the oil. When checking it, I found the oil level was very low. The oil was barely touching the end of the dip stick. Finally, I noticed the bike smoked a lot. All dirt bikes smoke right? Nope! Not 4 strokes and this bike is a 4 stroke.

I called

’s

back and talked to the salesperson. He said I would have to talk with
Oklahoma City Motorcycle Tires Provider Name Locked
, the owner. When I finally reached
Oklahoma City Motorcycle Tires Provider Name Locked
, he started making excuses for my concerns saying the wear indicator was probably bent because they all get bent. He also told me to make sure I was screwing the dip stick all the way in to get a correct reading even though the manual says to unscrew the stick, wipe clean and seat the stick without screwing it in to check the oil level. Even checking the oil the way
Oklahoma City Motorcycle Tires Provider Name Locked
suggested, the oil was still below the lowest level on the dip stick. He did confirm that a 4 stroke engine should not smoke.
Oklahoma City Motorcycle Tires Provider Name Locked
then told me to bring the bike back and they would check the bike for my concerns.

About a week after bringing the bike back, I called and spoke to the service manager. He said the brakes were worn out and they ordered new pads. He also advised me that when they had the top end apart initially, that they resealed all the seals. He said the cylinder or piston wasn’t perfect. The service manager did confirm that oil was getting by and burning but the bike had good compression. He said they changed the oil and put in synthetic but as far as the smoking issue is concerned, it’s an “as is” sale and
Oklahoma City Motorcycle Tires Provider Name Locked
’s wasn’t going to fix it. After getting the bike back, it continued to smoke even with synthetic oil.

Of course, I didn’t get anything in writing regarding a 30 day warranty. I thought
Oklahoma City Motorcycle Tires Provider Name Locked
’s
Oklahoma City Motorcycle Tires Provider Name Locked
was a professional, honest business. So, I paid $400 over
Oklahoma City Motorcycle Tires Provider Name Locked
and the bike has a worn piston or cylinder and my only recourse is to warn other potential buyers of my bad experience with

"They moved me up in the order for service as I was still using the scooter for commuting and most of their other customers had their bikes in for end-of-season service and they weren't in a big hurry to get the work done. They provide good service, although they performed valve clearance check which I did not ask for, and when I asked them about it, they reimbursed me for the labor cost involved, which I think is fair. Their labor rate isn't cheap by any means, but I guess it's competitive? $85/hour. At least they post their labor rate prominently in the service area so that you know what you'll be paying, unlike most new car dealers' service departments which seem to me to do their very best not to tell you what they charge for their labor rates.

"Part of the selling is that as part of their service package, they will pick up and delivery your bike within a 100 mile radius of the dealership. Scheduling is a problem as they do not show when scheduled. The first time I received a call 45 minutes AFTER the scheduled time to say that they were running late. Not good business. I rescheduled . When the person showed up, he did not have the proper equipment to load my bike and asked me to help load it up the ramps. Incorrect ramping meant he was trying to accelerate against the exhaust of the bike resting on the
Oklahoma City Motorcycle Tires Provider Name Locked
of the truck bed. I received a call again to "try to make it right". The manager said they would perform the service at their cost in order to keep my business. I agreed. The driver arrived to day to pick up the bike , with an invoice for me to sign agreeing to service. I declined to sign or give up my bike. Then I received a call from the service person telling me the form was not legally binding so I should go ahead and sign it. Really? Who does business like this? Spend your money elsewhere. Nothing but
Oklahoma City Motorcycle Tires Provider Name Locked
, misrepresentation, and rudeness.

"ONCE YOU START THE BIKE THE WARRANTY IS VOID!We purchased a KXR pocket rocket it stopped working after an hour of play two days after we purchased it. The clutch springs fell out and cylinder head was cracked. They refuse to exchange or refund. They said the warranty is void when the bike is started. We have been trying two resolve this for two weeks. They are demanding us to pay for parts and shipping and to repair it ourselves. We have just thrown 400.00 away and my sons birthday was ruined.

"Unreliable and unprofessional. I scheduled a pick-up of my bike from 4:00 to 6:00. About 5:45 they called and said they were running late and would come over after they finished their last job. That meant it would be another 45 minutes to an hour. So we rescheduled for the next day for between 2:00 and 4:00. Of course, I came home and waited another two hours. Another no show; and not even a call, this time. I called and got a bunch of excuses like they had the time wrong and how busy they are. I will not be calling them again.
