Oklahoma City Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Reviews

"They were very professional and prompt and have high quality standards. unfortunately, the designer I was working with left the week they started my project, which created a few problems. (I wasn't all that pleased with her anyway.) Also, the electrician on the project became ill after almost completing the job, so there were some punch list things that were delayed. The only real problem I had was that they are used to working with people with larger budgets, and that caused a mismatch on things like materials. And there were some things they didn't consult me about -- I wouldn't have put 900 watts of under-cabinet lighting in, for example, no matter how nice it looked. (Now I'm waiting for them to invent compatible LEDs so I can use those beautiful lights.) So the customer interaction had some glitches, but the quality of the work was excellent.

"Mr.
Oklahoma City Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
assigned two workers to the job, initially expected to take 3-4 days but ran into some damaged wall studs and took a few days longer. The young men worked hard, and always cleaned up their messes. Did not leave tools laying outside the work area, were personable and we enjoyed getting to know them. We were satisfied with their work.

"I went great! The plumber gave us an approximate time he would arrive, and he called about 10 minutes ahead to let us know he was on his way. He arrived on time, did a great job, made sure everything was working well, and gave me a "tour" of my new faucet and soap dispenser. He made sure I knew how to use everything he installed, and went the extra mile to clean up behind himself carefully. He was very professional, worked at a fair price, and did an excellent job. He was honest, and helpful, and even went above and beyond to answer my other plumbing questions while he was here. I would DEFINITELY recommend this service to a friend.

"Owner responded to my call quickly and sent a man to do a bid within a couple of days. Bidder (Torren) was very knowledgable and asked appropriate questions to make sure his bid addressed our needs. We received the bid within 24 hours. It was not the lowest of the four bids we received, but it was the clearest and most complete, itemizing everything that would be done and the cost involved, and we had confidence in this company, knowing that the bidder would also be the one to do the work. Although we were told the job could not begin until the middle of September, the owner called back to say they could begin the Tuesday after Labor Day. This put some pressure on us to choose materials so that the work could begin, but we were able to locate all but two items, which we hoped could be ordered on line and arrive quickly. The owner seemed a little put out about this and was less than cordial with us, but Torren seemed more patient and accepting. Torren did the demolition in two days, removing tile from floor to ceiling, removing wainscotting from the walls outside the shower, removing popcorn ceiling and light fixtures. The next couple ofl days were spent reframing part of the shower wall, adding support framework for handicap bars and seat, and making new opening for bathroom light/fan/vent. Then a new shower floor and drain was made. Inside the new shower, Torren installed new plumbing fixtures, tiled the enlarged walls and floor, installed handicap bars all around, and created a handy corner shelf, custom-made from our wall tile. He also installed a decorative border at eye level that took some extra time and effort as it consisted of small tiles, which he was careful to space and support perfectly. The bathroom walls and ceiling were textured and painted beautifully, new light fixture and bathroom light/fan/vent installed professionally, floor tiles placed and the toilet reinstalled. Throughout the project Torren communicated with us about what was happening with the project, when he would be arriving and leaving each day, even working a few hours on two Saturdays. He kept the work area as well as his traffic path in and out of the house clean and free from anything that might cause a problem for my mother who uses a walker. She is delighted with her new bathroom and shower, and she has excitedly shown off her new shower to friends who have come to the house. While the shower seat has not yet arrived (back-ordered at the factory), we are completely pleased with this job. Some adjustments were made to the cost as we made decisions to upgrade or delete part of the contract arrangements, but the final price was within $100 of the contract agreement. We would highly recommend this company, especially Torren, and will rehire them for additional work when needed.

"It went extremely well! From start to finish,
Oklahoma City Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
was there to help my husband and I build our dream Master Bath. He helped us make decisions on everything: colors, tiles, fixtures, granite, etc. and we were so grateful for his help! It was so reassuring to have him with us along the way. And, as the job started, he always made sure every part of the job was completed properly and at the highest of quality. From the beginning, I truly felt I could count on

"I just can not say enough good. Throughout the entire process
Oklahoma City Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
& Remodeling was very helpful and professional. One thing that stood out from the start for me was how much extra time
Oklahoma City Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
took to explain the entire process and to answer all of my questions. As a woman that meant a lot to me, seeing as how I don't know all there is to know about home repairs and the process. However
Oklahoma City Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
and his workers were always willing to answer any questions that we had. Their price was more than competitive and the quality of work was wonderful. We love our beautiful new home. We have used several contractors in the past that were okay, but none were ever as easy and enjoyable to work with as

"We had multiple layers of flooring glued to the concrete slab in our kitchen, breakfast room, and laundry room. Needless to say, it had been impossible to remove all the stains from dropped food and liquids, including laundry detergent. My husband and I both had tried taking up bits of the floor, but it took hours and was very hard to do.

began work one morning by taping plastic sheets over all the doors do that the dust wouldn't spread throughout the house. He then used a tool that resembled a small
Oklahoma City Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
hammer to remove every inch of the messy carpet and linoleum that we had walked on for thirteen years. We cleaned up the residual dust in the kitchen area, but no dust went to the rest of the house to be cleaned. We have been thrilled with the job because we are now able to clean the floor thoroughly. As soon as we select the tile to cover the floor, we will again hire

to do the work.

showed up to work on the door when he had promised. He had told my husband what materials he would need, so we had them waiting for him when he arrived. He took down our door, and reframed the opening. He then adjusted the hinges on the door and rehung it. Now, for the first time since we have owned the house (2000), we can close the door quietly and not hear traffic from the nearby parkway or feel air coming into the house from around the door. We feel like we live in a new home.
