They did drop my humidifier once during the installation, and forgot to secure it again before they left and it fell off again so they had to come back to secure it. Having it fall after they left startled me but when I called the company and they sent them back immediately. It appeared to be an honest mistake. The humidifier was slated to be replaced, and was not part of the job, so I really don't hold that against them. But if it was a new, or nearly new, item they would have likely damaged it, so they should probably be careful when they are handling equipment not related to their installation and belonging to their customers."

"I began using this company several years ago when they only did electrical service work. They had an excellent and professional technician ,who unfortunately no longer works for them. They offer a service partner agreement for 26 a month which does provide a substaintial discount if you are planning to have major work done. Usually the same technician comes to your house. They now offer heat and air as well as plumbing service. The only problem i have had is when i had some new outlets installed and a bout a year later a different technician did an inspection (provided free each year as part of service plan) and told me the work was not up to code. (needed to replace outlets in garage with GFCI outlets) Maybe different people have ideas about the electrical code. Overall, i have been pleased with their work and will continue to use them as i like having one company that can meet all my needs. They do sometimes try to push expensive extras..but not too hard. I will say my neighbor began to use them after me and did become disatisfied because they could not come out to fix an emergency in a timely manner (she thought)"

answered each one with confidence and accuracy. The compressor unit we were thinking about installing was too large for the area where the old unit was. The new one would have to be moved to the back of the house. This would require rewiring. Interstate included it in the total price which was about the same as the other company that had made it an additional item. On the scheduled installation date the electrician was the first to arrive. He went right to work moving the power supply to the new location. The work was fast, neat and complete. , arrived on time. They evaluated the job then went right to work. Throughout the project they kept us informed of their progress and challenges. The technicians kept the work area neat. They were pleasant and very respectful of our daily routine. While cutting in the vents, efforts were made to minimize the mess. The clean up after was less than stellar. Considering the overall job, this issue is minor. The total job was to have taken two days. It took almost three. The existing returns were deemed to be sufficient and were to be reused on the new system. The returns were actually too small so new ones needed to be cut in and installed. We are very pleased with the quality of the workmanship and the product. It is nice to be cool again."
