He always showed up on time and he actually completed the project quicker than what he thought it would be completed. The one problem that we had was that the Call-before-you-dig service (

B-4 You Dig) did not show up when they said they would, so construction didn't begin on the day that it was supposed to. I had absolutely no problem with this as it was completely out of everyone's control. Even after this minor setback, the job was completed early and with exceptional quality. I am very impressed with these guys and will definitely recommend them to my friends and use them in the future for any other projects (which are many) that I have.
