"I got hit hard in the hail storm last May, I had no idea who to call. I ran into Cannon at a business event and it was obvious that he knew what he was talking about. When he came to look at my home, he was very thorough in examining all of the damage. i was afraid that my insurance company would not pay out enough to cover all of the damage, but was able to get them to cover all of the damage, all I had to pay was the deductible. Once the work began, which was a lot sooner than I thought it would be, they did an excellent job. In fact, when they set the time to show up, they were actually early. They left my yard nicer than when they got here, they even picked up the trash from the trash bag that a dog got a hold of the day before. While they were working on my house they also knocked on the neighbors doors and picked up the trash around their yards also. When they finished the work, they walked me around and showed me everything they did. They were very concerned that everything was done right. left his cell phone number with me just in case anything was not right. I was so impressed with the way treated my home and my family that I referred him to my grandparents. He took care of them as if they were his own family. Which is good because I am very protective of my . Anytime I hear someone talking about their house being damaged, I tell them about . "

"Called company after seeing their sign in a yard down the street and the they installed looked good. they promptly returned my call. They came out the next day and left me a written quote to remove the old & install new one (I was not home that day). They then followed up with a phone call. To order the work I needed to select a color. They mailed me a color sample sheet. During this time I removed the old myself as part of house painting project. They reduced the quote accordingly. They provided me an approximate, and realistic, target date (about 3 weeks out). Before the target date arrived, they called and advised they could come out as soon as the next day. We scheduled the work, they showed up on time & completed it within a couple of hours."

" , who's well known to readers of other reports, came out and looked over the roof and gave me an estimate in early June. Since the roof wasn't leaking and the gutters still worked, I wasn't in any great rush to get the roof done, so I told him just to schedule us whenever he could. We originally planned to do the roof on 14th, but he needed to reschedule. He called well in advance (around 2nd) to change the date and made sure it wasn't going to cause me a problem. The crew came out on the 19th or 20th as scheduled and did the job in one day.
We did hit a few snags on the job. For example, the roofers removed and replaced my satellite dish themselves but they didn't get it right and I lost my TV service. I called and he asked me to call my satellite provider to schedule a service appointment to fix it and they would deduct the amount of the service call from my bill with them. The satellite provider sent out a subcontractor who not only didn't fix the dish but, as put it, appeared to have done the Mashed Potato on the shingles. replaced about a dozen of them and said they would take it up with the contractor. Very little inconvenience to me, although I did have to arrange a second service call with the actual provider's technician to get things working properly.
Another issue we had was that 's subcontractors for electrical work and guttering were a little slow about showing up and returning phone calls. Again I wasn't in any kind of a rush, so none of this was a real problem for me. If someone were in a hurry, I'm sure they could get things done faster. What amused me about it was that a voice mail left for about a contractor not showing up resulted in a phone call about five minutes later from the contractor. In addition, I noticed that the roofers had left more nails on the ground than I had seen the last time I had the roof replaced. seemed mortified and had someone out inside of two hours with a magnet. No more nails.
Along with , at the office was great to work with. Anything I needed from her, like paperwork for my insurance company or another copy of an invoice, was provided right away. She was even very polite when my wife and I each thought the other had sent them a check and they didn't get paid for a couple of weeks.
All in all, I'd have to say that working with might not be a totally problem-free experience but their attitude is that they're not satisfied until their customers are. A lot of companies say that but I got the impression that they mean it 100%. When I told that I had read about his company on Angie's List, he said that that's where he makes his living. I have to think that being able to succeed largely on the basis of satisfied customers is about as strong an indication of quality work and excellent customer service than anything I could say in my review."

" was given my mom's number (who lives by herself in a 100 year old house)by a family acquaintance regarding roofing. He called and he was going to come over and give my mom a quote for rooofing the next day. I proceeded to call and say that I was the actual home owner and the roofing (was recently inspected and ok after a storm) wasn't first on my list to get fixed. I said I was somewhat in "triage" mode with an 80 year old house and if they provided other handyman/contracting services. said yes and he did contracting too. I told him I needed soffits fixed and exterior painting first. He said he'd come over the next morning and get us an itemized estimate on the repairs (including a separate one for the roof just to have for our records). Never showed up and seemed a little fishy to me."

"They never called us again or came back. They were very communicative when they came. We called them because they were pretty heavily advertised. First they sent a gentleman to look at the roof and then they sent someone else to take the measurements. However, we never ever heard back from them so we hired someone else."

"The roofing guys did a great job finished in one day on a two story house, the painters did a pretty good job I would use them again, the gutters are great they also finished in one day although they need improvement on thier customer service skills, the windows are not finished yet, As for Denali they sub-contract the work but I was to believe they had all thier own crews. They really do not have a go-to person in town as thier main office is in another town. We felt abandoned after the roof was done."

"You need a new roof? Look no further! & the crews at are the Rock Stars of roofing in the Oklahoma City metro area. Working with & was a dream! Everything we expect from a contractor & everything exactly as advertised & agreed to. None of the turmoil & "disappearing" of workers the wife & I have experienced during extensive remodeling of our home. was always prompt & on time when he said he was going to arrive. Extremely helpful in all aspects of the job to include assistence with the insurance check that had to go to the mortgage company: compiled & prepared for us ALL paperwork the mortgage company required. The roofing job (on a 2600 sqft home) took 2 days and the guttering took one. The roofing crews cleaned up after the first day and the house looked as though no work was going on aftter they left the first night. Clean-up after the end of the job left the site spotless. The guttering work occured while we were at work: arrived after we left for the day, were gone before we got home; again, the site had been cleaned spotlessly. followed up with 2 phone calls & 1 visit back to our home across the next 6 months to re-inspect the work (he & I went on the roof for close inspection) and to make sure we were still extremely satisfied with the job: we were & still are - EXTREMELY SATISFIED!!! Again, You need a roof - look no further: just call !!!"
