"When the plumber came, he was rude about having to be called out on a Saturday. We called the office to comment on how we were being treated and they called him while he was still at the house. He talked to me about how my S/O didn't understand what all was involved with plumbing, etc. Plumbing backed up again 2 weeks later and the same service person ...more came out. Spent an entire day walking around the house and tearing holes in the walls to try to figure out what needed to be done to fix the "problem" but no snaking of the drain done. Given a quote of $1500 to put in a 2nd clean out trap in the downstairs bathroom and when the plumber left, there was still sewage backing up into the garage and we were leaving the next day for a week. We were promised that it would be taken care of while we were gone and we made arrangement to have someone let them into the house. We called T/T 2 days before we were to return (since our friends had never been called) and were told that it was going to be more money ($3000) and they were going to have to cut into the deck. Told T/T to wait and when we got home, called another plumber who came out and used a camera. Found a large root ball in the line leading from the house to the main sewer and snaked from the clean out in the yard for $300 (total). No problems since and we have not renewed the

'Membership'. Every time we had them out for any 'free' maintenance, they always tried to sell us more.......NOT WORTH IT - BIG SCAMMERS!!!!!! Even the former employee who came to fix the holes in the walls after we complained (not the plumber) told us the day before had been his last day with the company because he didn't like their practices and was uncomfortable with having to try to 'sell' more service. He didn't charge us for the repairs, used his own supplies and tools and refused to let me pay him anyway. What does that say about a company????"

He & his son came out on the scheduled date & worked very efficiently on the tear-down & getting the new posts in place. was very clear on ...more what posts could be saved, saving me materials costs & I really appreciated that. The 2nd day they came back and hung the fence panels and re-hung the gate, fixing it in the process so it doesn't drag the ground anymore. He also fixed the gate latch which was attached to rotten wood & was barely hanging on. The total cost was less than the original estimate, which was really nice, & he was very professional & knew what he was doing. When I can afford to get more work done (exterior painting, etc.) I plan to hire them again, it was a great experience & the work done was awesome!"
