"Appointments are easy to get and pretty much on schedule. The PA I use is caring, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Beyond that, things rapidly go downhill. Test results are usually mailed with a scribbled note from an assistant at the bottom. The exception is the most recent visit. when there may be an issue, but I'm not getting called back in ...more a timely manner. Information is really difficult to get. It is almost impossible to talk with anyone."

"I try to avoid all doctors as much as I can, but every time I visit Dr. , I really need to see a doctor. I always leave feeling better. I'm not sure of the exact date of my last office visit, but I will go back to her when and if I need to."

"I have been going to this clinic at this location and the one on 39th St for years. I go because my doctor moved to this clinic. You do not make appts here, it is strictly walk-in, which at first I thought I would hate, but came to like. I wait far less at this place than I ever did at a regular practice where appts are scheduled...yes, if they are ...more busy here you could wait well over an hour, maybe even two, but most of the time I go early and get in within 30 minutes or less. As far as the staff, of

the doctors are great, but I have never much cared for the front desk staff, no matter who they are (it changes) they are rarely very friendly...they tend to have a very impersonal and uncaring demeanor. This latest visit, when I wrote on the sign-in slip the problem I was seeking treatment for as "a sore, stiff neck" she looked at me and said "what happened?!", and to me it didnt come across as a caring question, but more of a disbelieving one. First of all, that's rude and second, that's not appropriate for the front desk staff to ask a patient, in the middle of the lobby, no less. All in all, I would still recommend this clinic to others. The doctors and the ease of getting in outweigh the other. I would just advise people to overlook the front desk staff and to not take them personally."

"I've been seeing Dr for over 4 years now and couldn't be happier. Dr always takes the time to sit down and answer any questions I might have concerning my health. He works with me on obtaining cheaper medication to save me money, and he never prescribes medicine that is not needed. Dr ...more 's staff is also fast, friendly, and efficient. I've never had to wait in the waiting room for more than 5 minutes. I can also call and get an appointment for the very next day without any problems."
