They are pleasant to deal with and provide good products, but here are a couple of things to watch out for:
1) They measured and estimated the amount of wood we would need for the job, then they ordered it and we paid for it. After the installation, we somehow ended up with way more wood than we needed and had to return about 12 boxes of unused product. But, were told we would have to pay a $150.00 "restocking fee." We challenged this since it seemed like a bit of a scam -- to over-order and then charge the customer a penalty fee for the overage. Fortunately, our salesman got the fee waived, but watch out for this. (After a couple of months, I still haven't received the credit for the returned wood, but I've been assured it will be processed.)
2) Our salesman was great to work with, but if we had a do-over, we would not use their recommended installers. They highly recommend their installers, and have stood behind their installers' work so far, to an extent, but there's been lots of back-and-forth and time spent trying to get things right. Still trying.
The carpet installation was adequate, though closer to the quality of work I would expect in rental property -- i.e., not superior quality.
The real problem has been with their wood floor installer. He was quite a bit more expensive than what we were seeing for the going rate for hardwood floor installation for our square footage, but we were told he would do a professional job. We're hoping our issues will be resolved, in which case we will be pleased with the service we received from The
, but right now we feel like we've spent a great deal of hard-earned money for disappointing results:
1) Because the installers did not level the low spots in the floors, we got an only partially glued-down floor, with shifting, squishy spots. (The owner of the installation company didn't stay on site to supervise his crew, so when a mistake was made, the installation continued without the mistake being corrected at the time.) 2) In addition to the soft spots that didn't get glued down, there are uneven, finger-width gaps in front of the entryway stairs and the patio door in the living room, and these not only catch debris, they also look like very substandard work -- not what you want after paying so much money for a professional installation. Unfortunately, these are both in high-traffic, prominent areas of the home. When we asked for repairs to alleviate the gaps by removing a small section of planks and replacing them with properly cut planks, we got the explanation from the installer that "this is normal," despite the fact that there were no gaps in front of the other patio door. Then the owner of the installation company grudgingly filled the gaps with brown stain, which obviously did not solve the problem. To make matters worse, he also got the brown stain on the brand new carpet on the stairway and then snuck away. We complained, and the store salesman had him come back to do it correctly and even remained on site until the installer showed up, but as soon as the salesman left, the installer once again did a quickie, substandard repair job, dropping a couple of skinny, unevenly cut slivers of wood in the gaps and high-tailing it.

So, after paying a great deal of money for wood flooring and installation, we have unprofessional sloppy-looking work in two very visible places, nail holes throughout our new expensive floor where glue had to be injected because the boards were not glued down, and brown wood putty tracked everywhere -- which is incredibly difficult to clean since it is intended to be permanent. Unfortunately, every week we are finding new squishy spots and shifting planks, creating new gaps. (We are starting to wonder if the installation crew used the expensive glue we purchased from
or if they used a cheaper glue. When both room-divider thresholds became unglued, for example, we saw white glue underneath that looked like
's glue, and not like the glue normally used for wood floors.)

We are hoping the
will make this right since they recommended this installer; otherwise, we will have to pay a professional to come make the proper repairs -- essentially paying twice for the same service, which is not satisfactory.

It went great!
Oklahoma City Carpet Installers Provider Name Locked
said he would be there at a certain time and he was. He gave me an estimate for the amount of time it would take, and he was right on that. The carpet looks great; you cannot tell that there was ever a problem. I was very pleased.

Spent around 45 min talking to salesman/owner. The
Oklahoma City Carpet Installers Provider Name Locked
family doesn't appear to own the company. Instead, the company is owned by a carpet installer previously employed by the family. Because of his background he was more knowledgeable about carpet wear, padding and installation, than sales. He did spend time helping us (no one else in the store) but we discovered later that his prices were nearly twice what everyone else was asking.

Sale took a while. They were pushing bargain carpet while I wanted somewhat higher quality. But we got there in the end.
They messed up the measurement and ordered one room short, but gave me a 50% discount on the extra. Actually they offered to pay all the extra but I didn't think that was fair since the extra was a perfect match when it arrived the next week so all was well.
The installers did a fantastic job. I thought I'd get the books etc packed up as they worked but they were too fast and just moved everything without any

- I was amazed. Then before I got back from work they had put everything back in its right place without my being there to tell them. They spent a lot of time getting the curved stairs done just right. The job was very nicely done.

We have used them few times and they have done pretty good job. We had them come in and fix carpets that can be cleaned. Someone had dropped iron and burnt off and it couldn’t be cleaned so they did some couple of mid rims. So whenever we call them, they come in and get it done in just few hours. We like them and the price is really good on all of that. They come out when they say they are going to be here and get the job done. They get it done very quickly and that’s one thing that we like.

Their carpet cleaning staff arrived 20 minutes early. One of the crew described their cleaning process and I advised where they needed to concentrate on pet stains. I asked him about their tile and grout cleaning and sealing services and he provided me with an estimate. They worked quickly but were appropriately cautious when working around furniture and other flooring. The carpet that was stretched, reinstalled and cleaned looked brand new, certainly better than I had expected.
