"I found my perfect dress at this store and it was a little over priced for a broke college student but I loved it. I was several months away from my wedding and planning on loosing weight for my wedding. I was almost a size 18 and was determined to ...more get down to that size. So we went ahead and ordered the dress through one of the associates who was very nice. When the dress came in I was excited and had my mother and sister, and soon to be mother-in-law and one of her friends. The original associate I worked with was busy so the general manager helped me. This bleach blonde middle aged woman helped me slip into my dress. It did not fit, the manager tugged at the back and said it was at least an inch too small and "there's no way you are going to fit into this one in time. everyone thinks they are going to loose weight in time. You need a women's size and we need to order it now if you want it in time for the wedding." I was so embarrassed, my mother had to come calm me down just to get me out of the dressing room, and i was even more embarrassed when i had to show the dress to my guest and the manager showed them how much it did not fit. Then on a different day we went to order our invitations and again had a run in with the manager. Another associate was helping us and had a question on the order form and needed help from the manager. One of the associates went to ask her and came back with the response that she was on her lunch break and would come help when she was done eating When she finally emerged from her lunch she insulted her employee in front of us, she said she was irritated that she had to leave her lunch for something so stupid that the employee should know this and continued to berate her until my sister spoke up in defense of the employee saying that she had been very helpful and that the manager was being very rude. Then it continued when my larger size dress came in. I was 50lbs lighter and the dress fell to the ground when i tried it on. We asked if we could have the original size back. The manager said that we would have to alter the dress because there was no way we could order another dress in time. At this point there was no way we were letting this place touch my dress. We took the dress and went home and e-mailed the regional manager with our complaints and in response we were told by the regional manager that the original dress was still at the store and we would be able to pick it up. We even called and requested to pick it up at a time the general manager was not there just so we wouldn't have to see her again. I know it has been three years since I bought my dress but I just recently found out that this manager still is working there and still has the same horrible attitude. "
