The estimate for body work was significantly higher than a competitor. The customer service rep was clearly irritated that I was towing to save what amounted to $600. Our conversation ended tersely. Very unprofessional. Also, my car sustained hail damage while in their lot in Bricktown. I'd have preferred they moved it into their garage.

One body shop owner nicely suggested I try a true "expert" on paintless
repair located next door. Pretty impressive when a business refers business away so the customer can benefit. However, he was right.
Harper (expert) looked at the crease and dents--said some would be easy, but about an inch of the crease would be tough. He also quoted us the lowest price we had heard (out of many)--$250.
Called in on short notice on a Friday--able to get us in the next day. Very pleasant and courteous. Promised vehicle at 3:00 PM--done at 2:30.
Amazed at the quality of work. Wife very happy with the results.
Paintless
repair is really an art form.
Harper is a true artist.

My car received major hail damage.

took care of replacing parts on my car that were too damaged to fix, and had the remaining dents removed. Work was done quickly even with all the cars with so much damage. They also worked with my insurance company with no problems. My car looks great! I would definitely recommend them!

I went by their shop on 3/24/2011 to get an estimate for the cost and decided to use them after they gave me the specifics of what needed to be done. They carefully explained what they needed to do and told me in advance of potential issues that may occur. I believed the cost to be very reasonable and decided to pay them in advance to expedite the ordering of the parts. As a result, I received a discount for the cost of painting the replacment applique. They told me they would call me when the piece was painted and ready to be replaced. When they called, they made arrangements for me to come in the next morning and wait for the car to be repaired. I was told it would take about 2 hours, but they were finished within 90 minutes. There were no surprises. Staff were courteous and professional. They also gave me clear instructions on how to protect the new applique until the sealant was cured. the paint was a perfect match since they used the Ford color code to select the paint color.

This was easily the most painstaking process I have ever had the misfortune of being a part of. Our car was in the shop for almost a month. We took it in and they gave us a rough estimate of $1,500. We contacted our insurance company (who was less than impressive throughout all this as well) and a couple of days later

had permission to repair our car. Perhaps we were naive in our assumption that this would take about a week (or we ALSO weren't naive because they said that to us), but after a week we called them for a status update. Of course we couldn't get through to anyone, which became a common theme throughout the entire arduous process. Finally we had an opportunity to speak to someone (after numerous failed attempts I might add) they informed us that they found something else wrong with the car. Okay this seems reasonable. I'm not great with cars, but I can see where they might have missed something super crucial once they had everything disassembled. They said it would take a bit longer. A bit longer turned into another week. WE finally called THEM again and they said they had to order an engine carriage (I think) for the car and they were just waiting for it to arrive. They informed us that as soon as it arrived it would take no longer than two hours to finish the repairs. We waited (and waited some more). We called them again and it became rather obvious that someone forgot to order the part. So we waited. WE called AGAIN and they said that they were still waiting for the part because it had to come from "way out." Really!?! Way out? How patronizing is that? Finally the part arrived and they were correct in saying it would take no longer than a couple of hours. The bad thing is that they then had to contact the insurance company and provide them with the final cost. Apparently insurance companies don't just receive claims and write checks. I guess they actually evaluate them (which is probably a good idea on their part) but this prevented us from picking up our car when it was finished. Of course everything worked out in the end. We got our car back and it only took 30 days (30 DAYS!) which I assume is standard turnaround time (right?). On the bright side my wife and I got to car pool all month long and I got to be at work for a month without a car. I also got to ask my co-workers for rides if we went anywhere as well as rides home when my wife had to work. I really felt cool. Thanks

I had a "fender bender" with the front end of my Honda Civic. On a Thursday. I went immediately to them, made an appointment for the following Monday when I left my car. It was ready by the following Wednesday a few hours earlier than they had originally estimated. I am VERY pleased.

I was very well pleased with the outcome. As it was a 6 week old car, I was a bit nervous. They had indicated it would take 4 days to complete everything but, it took an additional day. They called the insurance company to set up everything as the claims person from the insurance company was not returning my calls. They set up the rental car appointment for me. All in all, I would recommend this company and use them again if need be.

Auto Painting did a good job on my car. I got estimates from other companies but this one was least expensive by several hundred dollars. They took longer than I thought but the quality was good. They treated me like a valued customer and I would gladly recommend them.
