"I took half of a day off of work so a technician could repair my washing machine. Prior to the technician coming, the washer was shaking violently on the spin cycle. After about 30 minutes the technician put it back together and said it is in very good condition and could not find anything wrong with it. He said the reason the washing machine was shaking ...more is because it was sitting on carpet. I told him that this washing machine had been sitting in the exact same spot for 5 years and had never shaken before. He assured me that it was due to the carpet and carpet pad. The technician stated that it just needed to be on a hard surface. After the technician left I began to do a load of laundry. When it got to the spin cycle it just stopped. I called the technician on his cell phone and got no answer. I called up to your office and spoke with a manager and he advised me that the technician just forgot to do something and I could fix it myself. Not being technically proficient, I was adamant about the technician coming back to repair it himself. After all, I did pay $69 and now my washing machine did not work at all. He finally did come back out and got my machine to at least go through the spin cycle, still shaking violently. In the following weeks, I moved my washing machine into the kitchen on a hard, level surface. Much to my surprise, the washing machine continued to shake violently on the hard surface. A week later, I called another serviceman to come and look at the washing machine. In 10 minutes he found the problem, and in 20 more had it fixed. It has worked great ever since. "The main problem with this guy was getting him to the house. I got him from Angies List and his address was NW 23rd. St. which is fairly close to me. I notice also on the List that he has a NW 27th. Street address but the address on his work order is NW 50th. They all show the same phone number so I'm sure it is the same company. I guess this doesn't ...more matter except I thought the closer he was, the sooner he would come. Anyway, my garage refrigerator was not making ice so I called him on Monday, June 7th. He said he would come either that day or the next. He didn't show up but he called Tuesday evening and apologized and said he would come the next day. He did. It took him just a few minutes to tell me that he couldn't do anything until I had a plumber come because I wasn't getting enough water to the refrigerator. He recommended a plumber close by. He told me his charge would be $191.80 and he wanted $100.00 up front. I don't like paying money up front but I did. I actually told him I would pay for the parts, which was about $65.00 but he wanted $100.00. I also asked him about either the $10.00 off coupon on his website or the 10% senior discount and he did give me the $10.00 off. The plumbers came that same afternoon and I called

and told him I plenty of water and he said he would come later that day. He didn't show up and didn't call. I called him the next day and told the lady who answered the phone that he didn't show up and she said he would come that day, which he did. He put in the valve and also readjusted the doors on the refrigerator, which I appreciated. The bill was $181.80. I noticed later that $60.00 of that was a trip charge which I don't like. I know some repair people charge that and I should have asked. I think that charge, which to me is like a service charge, should be dropped if you use him. The ice machine worked but the next day I noticed that the refrigerator wasn't cooling. This is a garage refrigerator so it isn't new but not that old either. I turned it off and let it sit. Meanwhile, I called

and left a message to call me on Monday, the the frige wasn't cooling. This was a Saturday. On Sunday, the refrigerator was cooling and it made ice but again when I emptied the ice, it stopped cooling. I turned it off again and let it sit for awhile and turned it back on again and it started working again. I finally just turned off the ice maker and it's fine.

never did call me back this last time so I decided to let my husband mess with it, which he did, and now it is working. I don't know if the not cooling is related to the ice maker but I don't believe in coincidences so you decide. Outside of the trip charge, my main complaint is the fact that he isn't dependable. He didn't come when he said he would and never returned my last call. There was one complaint on Angies List about him not coming and I almost didn't call him because of this but he was so close that I called him anyway. That'll teach me. That's why I subscribe to Angie's List. I need to pay attention and I will in the future."

"The customer service rep was very nice that booked the appointment. I got an appointment within 24 hours which was great. My home is very hard to find but the repairman actually read the directions I gave the CS rep from the day before and made it with out a problem. He was polite and very polished. What I found most impresive about him is how proud he was about the company he works for. He let me know the work he had done had a 90 day warranty, that all service techs have 10+ years experience that work there, and told me some of the history of the company. I was told that service technician would call to confirm the time of arrival but, that service would be provided the same day.
