"Scheduled to show up at 0830 but no one had arrived by 0900. However, when we called the company they checked and the first plumber was there within the next 10 minutes. They ended up having three different plumbers working different parts of the job (multiple tubs). The work was done exactly as described and everything works great. After the work was done one of the tub faucets still leaked and the last plumber left took the time to take them apart again and finish the work until it was right."

"ODI was selected from Angie's List. ODI was one of 13 contractors considered for my home renovation project, but the ONLY one that focused on Customer Satisfaction. ODI was also the only one to take full responsibility for acquiring, installing, and providing warrantee for my steam shower unit. (ODI's subcontractors were not as exceptional, but it was explained to me that those exceptional subcontractors charge big $$$ which, in turn, would prevent ODI from being price competitive.) ODI was easy to work with and the payment schedule was reasonable in that I paid for work after it was completed. "Our shower faucet had been leaking for almost two months. Thinking I might need a new handle or spout I purchased a

replacement kit with handle/shower head and spout for possible installation. I called

told him the problem and asked if he could schedule a morning service call because of my work schedule. He was very accommodating and was able to come to the house as planned. The day of service he called ahead of time to confirm the address and arrived promptly at the scheduled appointment time. After I showed him the leaking shower faucet he quickly assessed it and said that the repair wouldn't require the kit I purchased. That he would be able to replace the internal components for a lot less than installing the kit. However he was still able to give me quote for the kit installation if I chose to do so at a later time. I truly appreciated his money saving advice. Afterwards, he went right to work and completed the job in 20 minutes and left a clean tub. As a returning customer of

"Only thing I would suggest is be aware that scheduler will call and ask if you are available during the two hour time window you scheduled. I was in the shower and missed the scheduler's call, so the first crew got sent to someone else. Dispatcher called later in the day within 1.5 hours and scheduled a new time. Just be sure to be available to receive dispatcher's call. "

responded to a call regarding a leak under the kitchen sink, a non functioning filtered water (GE Smartwater) system and a leaking toilet. The leak in the kitchen sink was due to a faulty pull out faucet that was leaking back through the pull out hose under the sink. The filtered water system was blocked in the housing part through which the water flowed.

recommended we purchase a non-pullout faucet and another water filter system. He was able to correct the leaking toilet by replacing the flush valve. 9/4/08

came back to replace the kitchen faucet which we had purchased. We decided not to replace the filter system (which

removed) and installed the sprayer that came with the faucet.

and his Dad are wonderful. Responsive, prompt and really know plumbing. The charges were very fair - the faucet job was less than he had previously quoted because he was able to do the job without removing the garbage disposal. I will definitely call him in the future!"
