After we met he left via the front door, went down my front steps and paused at the thin strip of grass (freshly seeded this fall and still struggling) between my sidewalk and the street where his truck was parked. Rather than walk on my grass he went 20 ft down the sidewalk to the driveway out in the street and back to the truck. Every other worker I have know in my life (including myself) would have tramped right over my new grass and climbed into his truck without a thought. It is a small point, but shows his consideration for the customer."

"When they came out, I did not realize the representative had only quoted us on HALF of a backyard privacy fence because he just assumed that we would like up to our other 2 neighbors fences. That misled us on what the actually price of a full fence would be until they came out to put up the posts and we realized only half of them were put up. We thought we were getting a great price but obviously not! Not only that, but the posts that they did put up cut about 2 feet off of property since they decided not to go all the way to the property line AND it was at a strange angle! The even messed up one side by not putting the post back 6 feet like we had originally asked for, instead just making it flush with the house. We finally got a hold of the representative and the manager but all they did was offer a

apology and then quoted us full price for the rest of the fence! You don't just come up with an extra $2000 overnight! Anyways, they finally gave a very small discount for the egregious error and fixed all the posts right away thank heavens! The next day all of the boards were put up and the fence looks just beautiful now. I wish they would have gotten it right the first or second time however! The quality and appearance are excellent however the service was not! Make sure your contract LEAVES NOTHING OUT! Even show them a copy of your survey with measurements to show them EXACTLY where you want it. Then you should be fine."

because it is a company that has been established for a while, and had good reviews on this site. I sent my deposit via mail and in no time they had scheduled themselves to come out and start work on my fence. There was bad weather the week they were here, but they managed to get to place the posts and concrete in my yard on the first day, and finished the job the next. The only complaint I have with this is that they didn't clean up after themselves very well on completion of the project. There seemed to be little, if no regard for my yard. They had dumped most if not all of the dirt they dug up onto a lawn that I had professionally aerated and seeded this past fall, and with the weather being so foul, there was like a mixture of mud/clay/concrete tracked all over the patio, driveway, and grass."
