"ODI was selected from Angie's List. ODI was one of 13 contractors considered for my home renovation project, but the ONLY one that focused on Customer Satisfaction. ODI was also the only one to take full responsibility for acquiring, installing, and providing warrantee for my steam shower unit. ODI and its employees were always courteous, professional, took exceptional pride in the quality of work that they performed. (ODI's subcontractors were not as exceptional, but it was explained to me that those exceptional subcontractors charge big $$$ which, in turn, would prevent ODI from being price competitive.) ODI was easy to work with and the payment schedule was reasonable in that I paid for work after it was completed.
