"My washer was making an odd sound. Mr. Appliance Specialist came out and easily determined what it was. He also gave me tips on making the laundry room a safer situation in case of leaks. He was honest and told me to get a new washer rather than pay for costly repairs. He then looked at my disposal and fixed it also. He gives thorough and honest information, which I appreciate! I also was grateful that I could get him to come out with in two days versus the four or five days I'd have to wait with major service centers."

"We had a horrible experience with this company. They came out to look at our broken refrigerator and assessed that we needed a new compressor. [NOTE: The actual technician was very nice and professional.] We were told it would take 5 to 7 business days. However, we were treated very RUDELY when we called to see if the part had come in (9 business days after the compresser was supposedly ordered). I understand that there are situations beyond this company's control, but they are making no effort to rectify the situation and are unsympathetic that we have been without a refrigerator for nearly two weeks. If our home warranty didn't require that we work with this company I would have walked away. They will probably read this and be even more unresponsive. don't work with this company if you can help it."

Everything was left clean and neat and he even provided a recommendation for a SubZero repairman, as he does not handle that brand."
