"It was a very nice experience. I got an estimate first and their estimate was the lowest of three. They came when they were supposed to come and did a detailed inspection of the work and gave me a detailed estimate on the spot. I was free to call them when I wished and I called them to schedule the work. They called back and scheduled the work. They gave me a window of four hours and the guys came within the four hours. They did the work and they were very pleasant. I was very happy with them. They were very responsive. I would definitely use them again."

On our installation day, one window had an imperfection in the glass and Citiproof Windows immediately ordered a replacement window. They went one step further and kindly held the new replacement window in storage for 4 months while we completed an extensive mold remediation cleanup and repair/rebuilding job in our home (due to the unrelated shoddy workmanship of an outside contractor.) on Angie's List after a bad experience with another company that could not repair the windows. We had them re-do the work that the first guy did. I liked that they really knew windows. They fixed the windows properly and were professional in doing so. In comparison to the bad experience,

knew how to do what they said they knew to do. They knew how to repair windows. "

"It was a really bad experience. The repair man came with a young assistant. The young mas was very nice but was left here alone with no instructions and did not have the level of knowledge required to fix the windows. When the repair man came back hours later, late in the day, to pick the assistant up he was going to leave us without windows and a thunderstorm was approaching. Neither one of them knew what they were doing. We later had to pay another company to have them fixed properly. We wrote out what was wrong with each window and gave it to the repair man. We had to beg him to stay and somewhat complete the job, with only a few things improved, so we would not get water in the house with the storm approaching. I disliked everything. They did not know what they were doing nor informed us properly on what they were going to do. He was irresponsible. He argued with us, blamed the situation on his assistant and then blamed it on us. The fact was that he did not know what he was doing on this new type of window. It was traumatizing with the rain storm coming. They were quick to respond to come out and attempt to fix the windows but it was a bad experience."

There is nothing wrong with their customer service and product, but it?s just that they quoted twice the price compared to what other companies quoted.
