We received some of the best customer service that you rarely see in this day and age.I had no water in my home and placed a service call about 10:00 A.M. which was answered promptly.Within an hours time
Mung was at our front door---checked everything out thoroughly and quoted us an estimated cost.We gave him the Ok and he assured us,barring any unforeseen problems, we would have water by the end of the day. The installation employees,
arrived around 2:30 P.M. and by 5:00 P.M. all equipment had been installed and tested and water was once again flowing in our home.
All of the work and employees were very professional from beginning to end.
A big thank you to
from 2 seniors who truly appreciate the outstanding service we received.

Our well suddenly stopped. We called
at 9 PM and they answered and
scheduled a service call for early the next morning. They did a great
job, checked out the pump and discovered a leak behind the basement
wall was the problem. They did a great job getting to the leak and fixing it. We would definitely use them again.

Well Maintenance reviews in New York

Arrived on time, and got right to work. Conducted the inspection and tested the well pump capacity, then provided information and recommendations for future maintenance. Installed the Pumptec Plus to protect the well pump from electrical surges and in case the well runs dry to prevent the pump from continuing to run to ruin. Crew was very informative and addressed all my questions. Crew cleaned up the work area prior to leaving the job site.

was very professional in all our dealings. Always on time and ready to answer any concerns. He answered his phone whenever I called even in the evenings and on weekends which is rare in this day and age. He does not try to push any products on you but will recommend what he thinks you need without pressuring you or scaring you as some others do in this business.. I would not hesitate in using his services as he will treat you fairly.

They showed up on time, put the well in. When we arrived on site they were about half done, they answered our questions, and that was it. The well is working, we have water and so far are happy.

The company rapidly responded to replace the water pressure tank. The workers did a great, fast job of replacing the tank. The problem I had was the fact that the tank has a five year warranty and billing department wanted to charge me for the tank even though it was only 4 years and 10 months old. Initially we called the office about this and were told they had gone to a four year warranty so ours didn't qualify to be replaced under warranty. After arguing that you can't retroactively change a warranty, the billing department agreed but said our tank had been bought more than five years ago and was stored at their facility. We argued with this saying the warranty starts when it is installed, then they wanted us to send a picture of the serial number from the label including the serial number. We did this, then they sent us another bill including the charge for the tank AND a late fee. My wife called to ask about this and the woman answering the phone wouldn't even let her speak to the woman in charge of billing, even though the woman that answered doesn't deal with billing. She was VERY, VERY rude and abrasive and told my wife to just send the money. After more "talk", the woman answering the phone told us we owed money for the service call and an electrical relay that was also replaced. My wife said we would be glad to pay that, just send a bill. The woman said she wouldn't send a bill for the service and relay and just to send the money. I have never tried so hard to pay a company for service only to be treated so rude. I will say that the guys that originally drilled the well and the guys that replaced the pressure tank were exceptional, prompt and courteous. However, dealing with this company, especially the office "ladies", in regards to warranty work was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The office "help" and support were so rude that I would NEVER recommend anyone doing business with this company. The workers do great work, but customer service simply doesn't exist.

came out & diagnosed our problem as resulting from a heavy infestation of iron bacteria & a malfunctioning well tank which caused our well pump to continuously run. He was professional, did the necessary chlorination of the well to

the iron bacteria & instructed us how to flush the pipes 24 hours later so we could do it ourselves. He took away the old 35 year old well tank he had replaced & left everything neat and tidy.

This company was horrible. Our water quite and they did come right out and see what the problem was. Upon inspection they determined it was a wire that went from our well to our pressure tank. The wire was only buried about 6 inches under the ground all the way through our yard. They immediately blamed my husband and I because our raised garden bed covers most of our yard. (We just bought our trailer a year ago and the garden was already in) I explained that we had not put the garden in and that my husband tilled the garden by hand and did not go deep into the ground at all however they kept mentioning it. Finally, our neighbor, who was also out of water, stood up for me and told them that I didn't put the garden in and that we didn't dig very deep at all. They ran a temporary line all the way through our yard, leaving it on top of the grass, and left. We never heard from them again. We contacted our landlord (we're on a rented lot) and she made various calls to them which ended with empty promises..."oh we forgot, we'll be out this week"......"We're really coming tomorrow at 8:00".....none of this happened. It's finally a month later and they finally came back to bury the cord. It's getting buried 3 inches deep this time! Is that even legal???? There is no protection around it or anything.....anything can hit it and cause another problem. The man who was here also started blaming us and our garden, again. I'm sorry but quite being lazy and bury the cord deeper so normal wear and tear on a yard doesn't disrupt it! They are very unprofessional and very slow at finishing up a job. We have a daughter and a dog and we've had to constantly worry about them in the yard because they could have gotten tangled up in the electrical cord, or pulled it out of the pipe. I won't recommend them to anyone!

Of course, as luck would have it, we had just returned from vacation and got up on Saturday morning to no water in the house. After checking those few areas we could, we decided to call for advice or ideas. Then, a quick check of Angie's List for the best ones to call early on a Saturday. After calling and leaving messages with three companies we decided to wait for a call back. The owner of

and Well Service was the first one to call back. After explaining our situation, he said he'd have to check on equipment and some other things and would call back when he had the answers. Within 10 to 15 minutes, he called and said he could be here by around 10:30 to begin the work. After arrival and determining the problem, a repair price was discussed and agreed to. The owner and his son worked very efficiently and completed the work within about 3 hours. They left me with all the information about depth of well and depth to water, a new pump with new drop pipe and electrical wiring, a new pressure switch with 40-60 lb pressure setting, a 5 year warranty on parts and equipment, and most importantly, WATER. I would recommend this company to others. I am very satisfied with their service.
