and his crew did a terrific job. The house was very dilapidated and we were not looking for a high-end renovation, but just to get the house back to four safe walls and floors. We got several estimates, theirs was fair and you could immediately tell Bill was intelligent and responsive. He always showed up when he said he would, he always took our phone calls and addressed our concerns. Most of this project was done long distance as we were in California for two months, could have been a disaster but it actually worked very well. Like most renovations it took longer and cost more than estimated but that was mostly due to circumstance and choices. Overall we would rate the work they did as very good to excellent, when there was a problem Bill made sure it was corrected. We would recommend them and look forward to using them again as we continue to make our house a home."
