"I spoke with first at and explained my problem. My Groher termistate shower was not working properly. explained to me what he thought was the problem and what needed to be done. He gave me three different ballpark prices for each situation that could come up. I then spoke with at the office who got all the paperwork approved by my management quickly and within 3 days called me with an appt. Cliff & arrive within the 3 hours span I was given. They went to work immediately. They shut the water off and removed the parts that were damaged that needed to be replaced. They left my apt. to go to the supply store, purchaesed the parts and came back all within the hour. They installed the new parts, put the water on, tested the shower and now I'm a very happy customer. I have had many experiences with workers who come in and say they can do the job at hand but can't or can not communicate in English. is a professional organization who will deliver what they say they can. I will recommed to everyone I know. If you need plumbing, call . You wil be extremely happy and will have a stress free experience without the hassle and the mess."

"The technician was on time and professional. I didn't ask for a cost estimate of the job before he started working. The technician took out the malfunctioning parts, went to the plumbing store and bought new parts and installed them. The actual plumbing job took about an hour and a half."

"I think my previous description is detailed enough.
It goes like this:
1.) Disbelief
2.) Must be the city's sewer line (their responsibility)
3.) Call the city who quickly and easily confirms their end is PERFECT (of course)
4.) Call a couple of "snake" firms (Roto Rooters, etc)
5.) The one you hire shows up, works like crazy for a couple of hours, shows you the "polished and dry" end of his "snake," and
tells you "That means we're hitting dirt... your sewer line is collapsed. It's gonna' be expensive."
6.) You start freaking-out calling as many people as possible to save the day
7.) They start coming, and you start learning what's happening
8.) You make a decision based on careful examination of each quote to LEARN what obstacles might come-up, and which ones are or are not included in the quote from the firm toward whom you are leaning.
9.) You select the firm
10.) You sign the contract and pay 1/2 up-front (in my case, work did not begin for nearly 2 weeks because of weather, and "other situations" that I didn't understand
11.) A huge construction crew shows up and starts -hammering, banging, pounding, etc., etc., etc., for several hours
12) Holes get deeper and deeper.
13.) Fortification is put in place to prevent "cave-in"
14.) Inspectors show up to make sure everything is kosher and plan of action is correct
15.) More digging, fortification, etc.
16.) Troubled piping and/or traps are replaced
17.) Water line is replaced cause it is "lead" and is not PC in this day in age
18.) OH BIG THING: at the end of every work day YOU CAN STILL USE THE TOILET (major good feelings)
19.) Inspector returns to OBSERVE them laying and tightening the final pipe and trap installation
20.) Check-book to the ready; Balance Due Now, please
21.) More waiting as the holes are covered in a "temporary but professional make-shift mannter"
22.) After a looong weekend, crews return to do all concrete, cobblestone, and general excavation work required to finish the job.
23.) Start sprinkling down your really filthy sidewalks, and you're back to sanity

"I have been using ., for about a year now (April 14th, 2011) and I have been very pleased with the service. , the owner, is what I would expect from a good contractor: He is punctual, true to his word, knowledgeable in wide technical areas, and take great pride in his work. His prices are very reasonable. Our next-door neighbor who has moved in the last year recommended to us. Our neighbor also owns a large brownstone, and has used ’s services for extensive repairs and re-modeling of his back and front gardens, and his house. My wife and I own a large old brownstone, built in 1885, in Manhattan, and we have used ’s services for maintaining our house."

"This work took almost nine hours and everything was done perfectly. is very workmanlike, and a true craftsman. He told me right away I didn't need to have my bathrooms regrouted entirely, just where the grout was dried up, which I really appreciated -- I thought it would be a much bigger job. I kept loading projects on him and he didn't seem to mind at all. He really knows how to fix things. I really got my money's worth. I plan to have him back again!"

"Zoltan instilled confidence in me from day one. His customer service is outstanding. I cannot say enough good things about my experience working with him. My job was a relatively small one, and he always treated it with the attention one might expect on a higher-priced job. Zoltan is professional, respectful, responsive, consistent, reliable and a pleasure to work with. I had a number of questions for him before, during and after the project, and he answered each one clearly and in detail. He personally made extra visits to my building, before the project began and after its completion, to ensure the quality of the job. He took proactive steps to save me money, and to achieve the highest quality results. Zoltan's communication is excellent. He consistently updated me on the project's progress, and sent photos, as I was not on site during the project. I had not asked him to send photos, and I was pleasantly surprised when he did. He also emailed to tell me the contractors would not be there one day. He was easy to reach by phone and email. The project was completed in a timely fashion, and the quality of the work is excellent. For peace of mind and great work, Zoltan is your guy. I would love to hire A.Y.C. again!"

"They are very good. It cost $350 to hire them. The other price I got on it was $3200. They did it for almost 10% of the price because they didn’t have to do any amount of work that the other individual indicated would have to be done. I liked their honesty. It took them a little longer to come than I would have liked. I would definitely use their services in the future too."

"He has been very good. He is an architect out of Manhasset. He actually made a mistake on the architectural plan and rather than trying to convince me that we could do it in a particular way, he immediately amended, apologized and put it through in his own way. That is the type of person I like to deal with. He was not only totally accurate, but he also admitted it immediately, fixed it and it came out perfect. Most of the architects and engineers tell you to do it in a particular way, but he didn?t do that. He was honest and straightforward and I like that in a person. His total fee is going to be $2500 and it is for two backflow prevention devices. "

"The price was about $90000 for 575 square feet and it included everything. It turned out great and the guy we dealt with was good. I would definitely recommend him. They got everything done on time. They also followed up on any issues that came up afterwards without any problems. They cleaned up the general space of the building everyday. "

"Very professional experience and very pleased overall. They came the next day from when I called them (at my request), the plumber arrived on time, completed the work quickly, and cleaned up nicely. He was very friendly, professional, and they charged me exactly what they quoted me over the phone. My only complaint (and it's very minor) is that they didn't fax in the insurance information my co-op required when I set up the appointment - I had to call them back the morning of the work since it hadn't yet been done (and then they did it promptly). Very satisfied."
