He arrived at the time he promised, evaluated the repairs and offered me a fair estimate that undercut the cost of the two other locksmiths I outreached to the day before substantially. He repaired both the deadbolt and bottom lock and gave me a reasonable price for a third lock on the front of the door that I was considering replacing, too. He did his work efficiently and cleanly. He even brushed up the debris from the door lock and applied WD40.
