"The inspection itself went well and the report itself was very thorough. However, as part of our price he included a radon test. He left the capsule to be tested and indicated he would get back to us with the results of the test. Since then, we have called and emailed him for the results of the test without response many times? Take the money and run? Regardless, we are not purchasing the home we inspected and appreciate the actual inspection. But, we are just confused by the unprofessionalism. Being that we are not purchasing the house, we were excited that we thought we had found a home inspector that we could use should we find another house, but now we don't know what to think.
