"Home remodeling and changes should be fun and hassle free. Working with Bill is exactly that - he has a can do attitude for everything. He really enjoys what he does, is a true professional, and is a full pleasure to work with. The entire job was 100% custom and made to order to specifications that I designed. He had previously done the custom closet work for me so this was my "phase 2" with him. The project took a couple of months from design to (offsite carpentry) build, to install. The actual install was a few weeks in December. Bill was very involved in the design process and very collaborative, was very honest and upfront about the costs and expense of what I wanted, and wasn't settling for "good enough" - really wanted things to come out exactly how I (and we) had imagined it. All-in-all Bill and his team at Oasis are just really good, honest, and hard working people. Totally responsive and A+ all the way...I'm kind of dissapointed that there aren't more large projects to work with him on...I don't think I'll ever call anyone else."

"It was a very nice experience. I got an estimate first and their estimate was the lowest of three. They came when they were supposed to come and did a detailed inspection of the work and gave me a detailed estimate on the spot. I was free to call them when I wished and I called them to schedule the work. They called back and scheduled the work. They gave me a window of four hours and the guys came within the four hours. They did the work and they were very pleasant. I was very happy with them. They were very responsive. I would definitely use them again."

I had a very short fuse and he was able to do all of this and get it to me within four days. Amazing!"

"The top section of one of our double hung insulated windows broke and was incredibly responsive. They came within four days of our call and did the measurements and gave us an estimate. They said it would take two weeks but they called back within a week to say it was ready to install. The installation and installer was great and very responsive."

"Very competitive price. A year later, when the caulking began to leak, they came back and fixed the leak, free of charge, no complaints. The installation was efficient. "I asked (who did the cabinets in my kitchen) to come over and take a look at the bathrooms for some cosmetic remodeling. My biggest concern was getting the walls repainted to correct some work my building super had done to the ceiling due to some pipes leaking upstairs. When came he recommended sanding/skim coating/ repainting the walls, regrouting the tiles, reglazing the tub, replacing the sink and cabinet, replacing the vanity, replacing the light fixtures and retiling the floor. Based on my current needs and finances, I opted to do only some of the things he suggested. The timing worked out very well as he had a break in his schedule within a week of me deciding what to do. In an effort to inconvenience me as little as possible, he had a crew of 4 people plus himself to try to finish the work as quickly as possible. All in all, it took just over 4 days to complete both bathrooms. As usual, all the equipment and supplies were left neatly stacked to the side at the end of each day. I'm very pleased with how the two bathrooms turned out. considered my preferences when choosing the new sinks, cabinets, vanities and light fixtures, even picking a cabinet that was similar to my kitchen cabinets (that I had also chosen)."

"In June, 2007, I contacted , Inc., to come and measure two of my desktops and cut glass protective covers for them. A man came out to measure the desktops to create the templates. I waited a month to hear from them. I called in , 2007 to ask what was the progress on the tabletops. They acted as if they had forgotten all about them. I noticed my credit card had been charged in mid- . I've called back nearly every week about the glass and, each time, been given another line about what's happening. In reality I think my order was too small for them to care. Unfortunately, rather than telling me they would not do it, they keep making up and excuses about how it will be done "next week." This has been going on four months now. I still don't have my glass table tops. Even though I've called almost 50 times, each time I'm asked to leave my phone number so they can call back. They never call back. I always have to call again."

"The project required five hours to complete which was longer than we both estimated. We were unable to use the old hinges and had to buy new ones in the middle of the project. We also needed to plane more of the door than initially was indicated because the frame was not 90 degrees. Mr. worked very hard and remained in good humor even though the task went on longer than expected. He was professional and competent."

"Overall, I was happy with the work and I'd use again. Estimator came first, followed by work crew several days later. Both estimator and work crew were friendly, pleasant and did a quick, efficient job. was not as clear as they could have been about when the estimator was going to arrive, but the work crew showed up at the appointed time. One slightly careless mistake -- work crew showed up with wrong type of glass first time, so they had to return another day to finish the job."

"The was one of five contractors that I asked for an estimate. Two others instantly disqualified themselves by ignoring my calls. I was sold once Zoltan started managing the relationship as I never had an unanswered call/email. He always gave me the time of day, never rushed me or pressured me. He set my expectations right from the beginning, without coating what it meant to have a renovation project going on in my home while living there. I have to say I expected much worse than the inconvenience I went through. I realized soon that Zoltan always under promised and over delivered. I was never unpleasantly surprised, everything always happened as he told me it would. The quality of work was exceptional. I trusted Zoltan so much I handed my keys over to him and nothing went missing. The workers that were on site kept my place clean and were always courteous. I can recommend him without reservations."
