I wasn't wowed by the crew - sometimes the leader would leave for a few hours and wouldn't communicate that to me, and I wouldn't know where he was... and he wasn't great about checking in with me at the beginning/end of the day to let me know where things stood. Still, they did complete the work on time. The quality work itself was fine/good, not "great" - I've hired more expensive painters in the past to do really top of the line, detailed work... but for a good basic paint job, these guys were fine. To be fair, I also emphasized to them that time was our priority, so maybe they didn't take the full level of care they might have if our circumstances were different. The final price was what we expected."

"Initial job needed to be redone--area done underneath the steps leached out materials which stained the exterior. Steps not repaired as instructed--needed to redo repairs and completely repaint because of inadequate paint job. Was responsive to request to redo the work."
