Endodontics Treatment Reviews in New York

She is very good and I would recommend her. She was very friendly and got me in early. It was painless. She has done a titanium implant which was very good. She has associates that perform surgical procedures. They did a root canal for me in her office. She is available on Saturdays, which is unusual. She is very nice. The staff is friendly. She communicates and explains things. So far the treatment has been effective. They are very diligent about the insurance which is complicated. I will absolutely continue seeing her.

It was very good. He was very thorough in describing and checking out what had to be done. He told me about all my options. Billing is always tough but it was one of the less expensive.

Endodontics Treatment reviews in New York

My daughter is a developmentally disabled adult how cannot tolerate dental work at all. With the combination of anesthesia, modern technology and an extremely friendly and supportive staff, her dental work was able to be done and it is a pleasant experience for her.

He keeps to the appointment and doesn’t keep you waiting too long. He does the work efficiently. He is personable and spends time with his patients. He has good chair side manner. The staff is nice, friendly and fine. They are punctual and get me in for my appointments on time. The office environment is fine and it’s a nice place. He is pretty much available especially if you have a toothache. If you show up on time, he takes you on time.

Couldn't be better, clean, professional, friendly, informative, good follow-up. They truly care and treat patients with respect abd compassion.

In the process of X-

said he found a tiny piece of metal left near where the root canal had to be performed. He told me that he believes it was probably left by one of the dentists who treated me earlier, and he had to remove it first, and that would complicate the procedure. He also said that he will try to see if the insurance covered this procedure. The procedure itself went fine. My biggest problem with Dr,

is what happened in his Billing after the fact. His assistant, a rather

lady, told me that they tried to recover the cost of the procedure removing the piece of metal left by another dentist, but that the insurance company would not pay. I told Dr.

's assistant, both on the phone and through a letter that I request he send me a short but precise explanation for the extra procedure and why it was necessary, and then I would pay the $280 myself and try to get reimbursement from the insurance company (in fact this was what a representative from the insurance company had told me I needed to do). Dr.

send me a letter that he has already talked to the insurance company and they would not pay and I should pay him this fee. I again sent him a letter asking him to write a letter explaining the process and told him upon receiving the letter I will pay him. He refused and said I needed to pay him. I believe I am entitled to get documentation in the form of a

two paragraph letter of explanation for a service the provider claims he has done before I have to pay him. Dr.

, arrogantly refused to provide this letter. Instead he anointed himself as my representative in dealing with my insurance company. Naturally I informed his office that until I get this letter I will not pay him. Unbeknown to me, Dr.

sent my account to a collection agency and I learned much later that he gave them a wrong address, since I never heard from them. In summer of 2010,in the process of trying to refinance my home, I realized from credit reports that the collection agency has reported my account to credit rating agencies as delinquent. It took me several months of headache and delays and cost me a lot of money (due to delay in refinancing) to clear this matter. As a result I feel Dr.

's refusal to provide a

two paragraph explanation of an additional procedure, putting my account in the hands of a collection agency, and to top it all giving them a wrong address so that I never get the letters from the collection agency, made my dealing with him and his office a bad experience. As a result I and my family will not use Dr.

I have received a variety of dental care from them over the years: root canal, crowns, normal preventive care, fillings. The experience has always been easy and I trust them to take care of my teeth well. Recommended.

It only took about 30 to 45 minutes for each session. It is a two-step process; go in initially and then wait a week to do the rest of it. The dentist has all the latest equipment and know-how. He provided me with prescriptions for pain and infection but I didn't need either one. That is a testament to what kind of work they do there. I would definitely recommend them to somebody else.

He can do a root canal with a

which means you are don't wait a long time nor do you have to come back several times. He is a very good dentist. I've been going to Dr.
