His team was very professional, having had a lot of experience doing work of this type. The work took place right underneath the unit I live in, so I know it was not overly noisy. On the rare occasions that I wasn't satisfied with some of the work, he quickly redid it to my liking and did not charge me for this additional work. He involved me in decision making as much as I wanted to be involved.
